I was there on March 5th. We took 2+1 "comfort" for two. We turned on the computers and saw the inscription about unlicensed windows, dota 2 was running 10 minutes before the main menu. They came to the cashier and asked for a refund of the remaining amount. We were refused and asked to move to a room on the floor above. There's a complete nightmare of the smell of socks and cases from 2010, all bent, stained, smeared with snot. The headphones are barely hanging on my head, the headband is falling off. As a result, we did not receive any money or pillboxes.
