The rooms are very spacious, there are plenty of places for a family of 2+1. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. The French balcony also pleased me. The staff is very friendly. There is no parking at the hotel itself, it is located in an office building, but you can ask security for a place for 10 rubles / day or park in the nearest courtyards. The embassy is 5-7 minutes away by taxi, 15-20 minutes on foot. There is a spar and a McDonald's nearby, plus there is a huge park with playgrounds nearby (and I'm not talking about Vake Park)

Large rooms with access to the terrace. The terrace offers views of Tbilisi and Mtatsminda Mountain. A generous breakfast in the room. Very friendly and caring staff. Condey is working. The shower room is also huge and beautiful. There are supermarkets and clothing stores of decent brands nearby. There is also a wonderful Tabla restaurant nearby. There are no flows of tourists and street vendors on Ilya Chavchavadze Street. It may seem important to someone: the hotel is the eighth floor in a building with a lot more, so before you get to the hotel you will have to go around the building from the courtyard and take an elevator ride.
There was only one disadvantage for me - the lack of English-language satellite channels, but it pales in comparison with the advantages
