A wonderful hotel! We flew to Vientiane to take a rest for 2 weeks, checked into the Hotel Galina. The hotel is very comfortable, with all possible amenities, there is a swimming pool, gym, spa. the staff almost all know English, they are very polite and pleasant people. The hotel is located near the sea, close to the night market and all the infrastructure. the food is very tasty, we had breakfast included in the price. a buffet, a lot of things for different tastes. we really liked it, when we go to Vietnam next time we will settle in Galina!

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The hotel left the most pleasant impressions. The room was taken with a sea view (the hotel is located on the 1.5 line) and a balcony. We have never regretted it: in addition to the good view, there is also a place to dry things after the sea. Overpayment for a room with a view is absolutely nothing in my life experience (I'm from St. Petersburg, so I compare it with Turkey, Egypt and Europe). The room was spacious, all appliances were working, the furniture was in good condition, and there was a safe. The sockets are adapted to different plugs, so you don't need to take adapters. The room was cleaned every morning. On the first day, they left the money on the table and went to breakfast. While there, the room was cleaned. but! No one touched the money (which distinguishes the staff from the staff in other countries - they could have taken it as a tip). After that, they quietly left their things and were not afraid. Water, tea bags and coffee were also brought to the room daily (there was a tea station in the room). Unlike other hotels, instead of disposable slippers, there were flip-flops, which added flavor to the rest. The public areas in the hotel are in good condition. The design is modern. The staff is friendly, some speak minimal Russian, English is no problem. During all this time, even I (a rather picky person) did not have any complaints. The work at the hotel is well-established and client-oriented. We only took breakfast on the trip, so I can't say anything about lunches and dinners. The breakfasts were good, and the selection was wide: from Vietnamese dishes to continental and Russian dishes. The fruits were locally diverse. There were guests from different countries in the hotel, but they did not stay hungry. The quality of the dishes is decent. The hotel is located in the European quarter in the very center. This gives both pros and cons: the infrastructure is all nearby, the beach is 150 meters away, but it can be noisy outside. Although the hotel itself is quiet and more family friendly. As for the beach, it's not bad, but urban. Therefore, some hotels (including this one) have their own small dedicated areas with sun beds and umbrellas. There certainly won't be enough for everyone, but it's the same for everyone in Nha Trang (don't believe it if you're promised otherwise). The SPA area and massage should be noted separately. They're great. The SPA area is semi-open on the 4th floor, which creates a special atmosphere based on the design. Massage is good and inexpensive (compared to other countries). Therefore, taking into account all the above, I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. We want to come back ourselves.

For the first time in Nha Trang. And we are so lucky with the hotel. They were chosen according to the recommendations of their friends . We didn't lose it. The staff is very polite. The service is good. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. It is very convenient that the hotel manager is Russian. Accordingly, many issues are very easy to solve. When we go to Nha Trang again, we will come back here.
