Why do your employees allow themselves such boorish derogatory communication? Why does he think he's Dr. House with this lupus, which has different symptoms altogether? And House had a brain, don't let him think.
As a result, he wasted 15,000 on an appointment (without tests from Olympus, he refused to say anything and prescribe), plus 20,000 for tests at the clinic, which the doctor who works at it refuses to accept.
