The situation with the lack of an information window or help desk is puzzling and creates significant inconvenience for visitors. The lack of understanding of where to turn and what actions to take is compounded by the inadequate response of employees, who, instead of helping, show irritation and nervousness.
I am extremely outraged by the lack of competent management, which is unable to establish a clear and well-coordinated workflow.
The biased attitude on the part of employees who behave as if visitors are obligated to please and show obsequiousness is especially upsetting. This is completely unacceptable, especially for people who, in fact, should serve the interests of society. Such behavior is not only puzzling, but also suggests unprofessionalism and lack of respect for citizens.
I really hope that this situation will be corrected, and the institution will be put in order so that people can receive high-quality care without unnecessary stress and humiliation.

Car inspection is generally a fairy tale, very quickly and professionally, there is no need to pre-register any statements about registration or removal, the officer checked the technical passport, took the car on the tablet, sent it by e-mail to the office and documents are immediately prepared there. Some rap traffic police need to learn. Thanks to the Slutsk traffic police, well done, for people.
