A great place, I definitely recommend it, everything is very clean, there is a washing machine, a hairdryer was provided, delicious wine was served, there is a swimming pool, a playground, a shared kitchen, wonderful with children. Convenient location, near the railway station, the sea is 10-15 minutes away, you can safely walk, go to a cafe for lunch on the way, they cook very tasty.

We had a rest this year, from 16.08-28.08.I recommend it, the hostess Tamara is very nice, the owner Ivan is good-natured and quite well-read. It's very cozy, even homey. My family and I are just thrilled. Once again, thank you very much.

A clean, cozy, thoughtful mini-hotel on the very edge of Gagra. Bed linen and towels are provided, there are enough dishes, there were practically no problems with hot water and electricity. The central market is 1.5km away on foot. Of course, there is a bus stop not far away and there is even a bus schedule (1 every 2 hours), but the bus does not run according to schedule, from word to word. The sea is about 1 km away, that is, 20-15 minutes on asphalt, there is a "cafe" on the way to the beach. It's not super tasty, but you can eat it.

It is located on the edge of Gagra, 10 minutes by car to the center. The market is within walking distance. 5-7 minutes to the sea. Because from the edge, there are few people on the beach. The inside is clean and tidy. There is everything you need. Very friendly and hospitable hosts and staff.

Lived nearby!A so-so neighborhood, no one will rent an apartment for 1-3 days , the prices are sky-high for 1 day with a fan , a room 2 * 3 , at that time 1000 rubles per person, all the amenities on the street!He lived on Chamba Street, but although the rooms are clean, but the smell of mold is present, apparently they do not winter and do not heat it is a minus.I didn't like the market and shops, the sanitation is complete, people are probably not used to working here, it's a mess.There are no questions about hotels, the beach is clean, the bomb sea is the purest, if you compare Lazarevskoye and other beaches, I would put 10+ in Gagra, I ate only in cafes and canteens, Uzbeks work, they cook just very tasty!The prices are reasonable!

The sea is a bit far in this area, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk.
The market is nearby, about 20 minutes on foot. The nearby shops are dirty and poor.

Nice clean hotel, cozy room, clean, there is a TV, refrigerator, shower, toilet., change of linen and towels no problem, just ask. Very pleasant staff, many thanks to Evgenia, for the warmth, kindness and care. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. The sea is clean and warm (we were at the end of August 2021). It is clean and cozy, each room has a shower and toilet, a shared kitchen on each floor, but the audibility is very strong.
The hospitable staff will tell you everything and show you, 10-15 minutes walk to the sea.
The main disadvantage for me is that there is no cafe nearby and the center is not very close, but if by car it is normal.

There is no parking, there is no running water in the pool, the children go to the pool in a small way, so they did not let their own swim (they shout about it out loud). The room itself is clean. There was often no water or light. Zhenya and Vakhtang are friendly. The owner, Andrey, is friendly, until it comes to resolving controversial issues. Don't forget the laundry capsules)

The owner is pleasant. The courtyard, rooms, and kitchen are clean. The photos match. Everything you need is there, the splits are working, the plumbing is in order. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the sea at a leisurely pace along an asphalt road or 2-3 minutes by car. The beach is large pebbles, the sea is clean.
