Excellent accommodation for a day. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean and cozy. I recommend.

Not a reliable host. We have agreed on booking dates more than a month in advance. The price of the night turned out to be higher than it says on the website. Then I looked closer: the site says "from 50 byn". Well okay. A month before the trip, the host wrote that the price would be increased several times due to some kind of festival in the city. A curtain. One can only guess what other surprises could have been revealed on the spot, but I would not check them on my own experience.
