we bought a certificate for a photo shoot as a gift for the family. they signed up for a photo shoot, and received the photo only a week and a half later, citing the fact that there were a lot of orders due to the holidays. put a photographer and a second person on processing and you will be lucky. the money is paid, the gift and the experience are ruined. I myself ran into a problem in correspondence when I wrote on March 3 with a request to order a 3D sticker, but I still haven't received a response (today is March 13). There is no desire to recommend a place to anyone who would be interested.
