For the first time, we tried delivery via the app, and a 50% discount is given on the first order. That's where it all went in one place. The order was delivered in autumn, on smooth, clean roads for 2.5 hours (it should be an hour), no "bonus" points or at least apologies. As a "cherry" - poisoning))

I order rolls here once a month. and most often the same set, sometimes I choose something new. And it's always a lottery! Sometimes it just comes 10/10, sometimes 5/10. The fish is always fresh, there are no questions, but once it was doubtful (in the photo). Avocados and mangoes are periodically hard. The rice was sad a couple of times. But more often everything arrives in good and excellent quality. I hope that everything will always be great from now on

We made a pre-order by 17:00, the application itself and the SMS confirmation were determined by 17:20 by the deadline, of course they did not bring anything and did not even call. At 17:35, we decided to dial the call center and find out the fate of our order, after a couple of minutes the courier called back and said he was late (come on, but we didn't understand right away). When he arrived, he said that from 17:00 to 19:00 is the most difficult working time, it's cool, and so what? We made a pre-order by 17:00, why should we care about the working conditions in general? Let the bosses make them better, not the customers. Next, the order itself and the rolls: after the opening, I wanted the courier, in principle, not to come and bring them. The feeling that they were cooked yesterday: hard, damp crumbling rice and strange-tasting fish. Service 1/5 1/5 Rolls I would like to put it lower, but objectively the courier arrived, brought the rolls. So a well-deserved one star

Not only did the order arrive 10-15 minutes later than the specified time, the courier did not even deign to call and say that he was late, the operators in the chat did not respond at all. Before applying any action indicated on the website, talk with the operator, because even if it says on the website that you need to present only to the courier, you will wait another 10-15 minutes for the courier to contact the operator. The set itself leaves much to be desired, everything in the box stuck together, the fish in Philadelphia looked, to put it mildly, not fresh, I decided to try it, turned out to be tasteless at all, I think they soaked it to give it a marketable appearance. I strongly advise against ordering here.
