Reposting my opinion from april of 2023:
The real Japanese restaurant in Tashkent. I can say that it's piece of Japan in Uzbekistan. I love it.
First me and my friend ordered our dishes. The waiter gave us water. After that chief visited our table and presented sushi and said コムプリメントです。 I was like : 😳😳😳ええええ?ありがとうございました!
Finally we got our orders and they were amazing 🤩. Scent and taste are cosmic. Personal also such a great guys ☺️
When we were about to pay and leave the restaurant, suddenly they gave us dessert too as gift from restaurant. We got shock 😳
Yo, it's really cool. We enjoyed desert while in the background there was playing old but gold Japanese song "Stay with me" by Miki Matsubara.
The price was around 28$ for two person.
Service is 15%. I think it's quite good price for this kind of paradise restaurant ☺️.

As far as I know, there are not many authentic Japanese restaurants in Tashkent yet, but I think the balance between taste and price of the food served here is very good, especially considering that Uzbekistan is a dual landlocked country!
As a Japanese, I can recommend this restaurant :)

The most authentic Japanese restaurant in Tashkent. The food, cuisine, and service are just like in a real Japanese high-end establishment. Japanese chefs cook exclusively from imported Japanese ingredients. Most importantly, there is no boring cottage cheese, which is put in sushi and rolls. In general, if you want to feel the real Japan in Tashkent, then be sure to come here.

We really liked it. The chicken is well fried, the rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned. Miso soup was served with the second course, which was also very good. Dessert pudding 10/10 I recommend, super creamy dense with a light taste of black tea. The portions are large.
The staff is too polite for me.
The kitchen is not wow. It's just that everything is cooked well. But the prices bite, they left 500k for everything.

It was delicious, cute, expensive, and enjoyable. :)
We felt a little uncomfortable because of the too quiet environment..before the couple turned on the Turkish TV series on their smartphone at the next table to watch and eat soup ... this is not stopped by the staff, if that's what you know.
When we left, the chef came out and thanked us with a bow. An interesting experience of communication and acquaintance with real Japanese cuisine. 👍

That's great! Real Japanese cuisine, very tasty! The best ramen and miso soup in town, fresh sushi/rolls. Amazingly delicious desserts, one ice cream with wasabi or pudding with fried tea is worth it! The service is excellent! They even send me off with bows.

This is exactly Japanese cuisine! Not an adaptation to the European one, as is often done, but a real authentic Japanese one).
Many ingredients are imported from Japan, so the price is reasonable, slightly above average.

I have not met such service yet, perhaps this is the culture of Japan, but I still really liked it, the whole staff greets and accompanies each client with a bow, the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and I was also very pleased with the service dessert at the end of the meal. To be honest, I expected more from the best Japanese restaurant in Tashkent. For example, I did not find such a traditional dish for Japanese restaurants as ebi tempura on the menu. But in general, both unagi and sashimi were well cooked. Although the prices, of course, are high. So, unagi in Russia is usually two times cheaper. It's a pity I didn't ask where the eel came from.

A wonderful oasis of Japanese culture, lost between the alleys of old houses and new buildings, with a wonderful chef, high-quality service and an atmospheric environment.
A sure sign of the "right establishment" of ethnic cuisine is the many Japanese who regularly visit.
Of course, you won't find exotic dishes for these places on the menu - everything is quite popular. And yet, in some of the dishes, you can directly feel the influence of the Japanese master chef.

One of the best restaurants in Tashkent. Certainly in the "East Asian cuisine" category. Lovely cozy interior. The perfect service. All the dishes are very tasty. The chef is Japanese, who probably defines the whole concept of the establishment. The prices are above average, but it's worth it.

The prices are slightly higher than the average restaurant in Tashkent, but each dish is definitely tastier or better in quality, uniqueness. It's not worth the money, I booked for two - I confused the empty hall when we entered. We were sitting all alone, what is worth noting is that the waiters are very attentive and serve very smartly. The kitchen is also very fast. The rolls and salads are delicious, I didn't like the soups. The prices are much higher than average, not worth the money. I do not recommend it

The true Japanese taste of the dishes.
I usually order miso soup, but this time I wanted fish soup, it's not on the menu. But! The chef heard my preferences and cooked the soup individually for me.
The bathroom is the cleanest. It was like being back in Japan.
The cost of the dishes is above average.
