We were here in late July-early August 2022. In general, I recommend the hotel, everything is as in the picture, beautiful houses, good pools, slides, the food is very tasty. A children's room is open for children in the morning and afternoon.
Cons - as in other reviews. A completely different administration seems to be responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms here - the floor is simply black, without exaggeration. We just drove in, two steps to the bed - black legs. I saw these dirty mops of theirs, it looks like they wash all 3 floors with one rag - and not a single bucket of water! They can pick up towels from the floor and hang them back on the hook, they can take everything away and not bring new ones. Another disadvantage is the boat to the sea, which does not run according to schedule, and we always had to wait for it for 15 minutes. If you do not have time to take a place under the awning, you are driving in the sun, it is not very pleasant in the heat itself. But the sea is clean, small pebbles, there are few people, the approach is good - 2m and you swim, only fish bite.
There are 23 minibuses from the hotel to Land of Legends, and it seems that it also goes to Antalya for 2 euros - but we did not check this.

We were at the end of September. There weren't many people.
The territory of the hotel is large and well maintained. There are several pools, the water is clean.
The food is high-quality and varied.
Alcohol of low quality. The most unpleasant thing is that beer suddenly disappeared in bars (it was poured only during lunch and dinner, in the main restaurant, as well as on the beach). In my opinion, it would be more logical to pour only at the bar in the evening, since this is such a shortage. However, wine, champagne and cocktails were available everywhere and at all times.
We had a room on the second floor, overlooking the pool.
The rooms are pleasant and spacious. They are rarely cleaned and poorly, but when it is necessary to replace towels or linen, it is enough to ask any employee.
I want to single out the guys at the reception separately. Any problem is solved in a matter of minutes, they always go to a meeting and are treated with understanding.
There is practically no animation (monotonous and boring), but I think this is due to the season.
They take a boat down the river to the beach. I liked it, the views are beautiful.
In general, we were very satisfied. We were lucky with the weather, we had a good rest.
I don't know if this particular hotel is worth recommending, but in this area we didn't find anything else in our budget.
You can buy things at Land of Legends (a large shopping center, very beautiful). There is a bus service from the hotel about once every 30 minutes. On the return route, our hotel is the first, which I think is very important. After long walks and shopping, I wanted to return to the hotel faster and jump into the pool :)
The route there is much longer, since I have to go around all the other hotels.
The same bus goes to the terminal (the next stop from the shopping center). There are also many shops there (only copies). A great option if you need to buy something inexpensive for a vacation, and then throw it away.
Keep in mind: you should not buy soap, oils, teas and so on there. They are more expensive there than in the shopping center.
If you are going to this hotel, you will most likely not regret it. But the second time I would have chosen something else.

Overall, it's not bad. The food is good, the alcohol is bad, but I hardly drink, so it's not critical for me. The beach is good: sand and pebbles. Transfer by boat every 30 minutes. What is very bad: the room arrived very dirty, there are big problems with cleaning. The common areas in the villa are filthy to the point of insanity. There were corpses of insects on the stairs, from grasshoppers to cockroaches, which had not been removed during my stay. The sheets are stained, like all the linen, it's just disgusting. Of course, this is not even close to 5 stars, but if there is a good price offer, then you can consider it.

The room was two rooms, but very dirty. When we entered the room, the middle daughter jumped onto the bed screaming because ants were swarming there. After reading reviews about how poorly they were cleaned, I took chlorine tablets for disinfection with me and I, a mother with four children, had to pour water into the trash, dissolve the tablets, take a towel and wash the floor in the room (I also painted the same tablets and covered all the ant tracks-their action was enough for almost a week). The bed linen is rags, my younger twins were having fun looking at different holes on the bedspread and sheets. The restaurant does not pull at all for "ultra" in all respects, the waiters are in no hurry to set the table with appliances (individually packaged) and clean up after those who have already left, there was always a problem with clean plates, until the eldest daughter (with student experience, waitress) began to organize the restaurant staff as an administrator (after a few days The administration paid attention to this, but their diligence was not enough for a long time). For lunch, we went to a restaurant a couple of times out of ten days, it was a long way to return from the beach. The food on the beach is terrible in quality and taste.
In general, the fives for this hotel are screwed.

beach. This is an ambush. You can ONLY get to it by boat. Personally, it didn't bother me, I love boat trips, and I chose this hotel precisely because of such a highlight. The beach itself is very original, you can imagine yourself a Robinson Crusoe. There is a lot to explore around. The sea is beautiful!
But here's the food on the beach... Only fast food. If you do not want to sit on a dry monotonous ration, you will have to return to the hotel.
There is no tea or coffee in the beach bar, but alcoholic drinks for every taste.
The territory of the hotel is a small town consisting of villas with many pools.
There is a very good gym for sports enthusiasts.
Turkish Disneyland is located within walking distance.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, but I dare not recommend it. There are many advantages, but there are also enough disadvantages.

Of fruits, the most common thing we have now is watermelon, melon, peach, orange, apple. There have never been figs. Although it's their fruit. The same thing is fish - only mackerel in the afternoon and some kind of sprat.
There were no toothbrushes in the room, not even a cup to put them in. The number is patchy - but that's okay. I knew that the hotel was not new. The towels are washed. Dishes are poorly washed, there are flies in the restaurant all the time.

We had a rest in the covid summer of 2021. Cleaning in the houses is not very good, in 10 days the cleaner came 2 times. Otherwise, everything is more or less normal. The food is quite varied and delicious, in the evening there is a dance floor for children. There is a bar on the beach, which is very important due to the need to get there by boat. It is necessary to get to the beach from the hotel by boat, 10 minutes by time. Our daughter was with us, 1.5 years old, initially we thought it would be difficult, but it turned out that every time it brought more and more pleasure, thanks to the captains of the boats. The food at the hotel is varied and very tasty. There is little food on the beach, but it is not particularly needed there.

We visited this hotel in June 2022. A family of 2 adults and 2 children 6 years and 2 years old.
Let's start with the transfer to the hotel, it is shared with other hotels, so we found ourselves in it only 3 hours after landing.
There is a nice reception, there is Internet, we were registered and taken by electric car to the house. That's where it all started)))
The room was not ready!!! Although they knew perfectly well that we were coming. Dirt and dust are everywhere, the furniture is old. As it turned out, there was no Internet in the room. The plumbing was completely killed, the toilet did not work! The room was quickly cleaned and dumped, all the Cleaning staff practically do not speak Russian, moreover, they do not speak English either! And in the absence of the Internet, you won't turn on the translator either.
After negotiations at the reception, we were offered another more comfortable room for a small surcharge, let's just say someone moved out of this room and he was more ready for the arrival of guests. I will say this, as we had a problem with almost all visitors.
The room is large, but it was also dirty, they waited two days for a normal cleaning, on the third day the Internet appeared, routers hang on poles on the street, and the signal reaches someone normally, but not someone.
The food turned out to be monotonous, almost the same thing every day. The rice is delicious, we ate it all 6 days ((((
The drinks are terrible, small bottles of vodka and whiskey, the wine is warm and not tasty. There is no variety.
There is nothing for children except the small slides of the water park and the children's pool! The animation is just not any kind.
The territory is pretty, the boat to the sea is a cool theme for the 3rd day, I got tired of it because of the binding to the departure schedule.
What I really liked was of course the sea, clean transparent, the beach is clean, grandpa cleans the whole day. But in terms of drinks and food, it's very scarce.
There is not a single normal coffee maker in the entire hotel.
There are devices for bulk instant coffee 3 in 1 everywhere.
And at the end of the buzz, a Turkish children's sports camp with children from 9 to 14 years old arrived on day 4. And they were all put in the remaining rooms. There were a lot of children, and all the vacationers called them locusts, who swept away everything in their path in the dining room. The hotel did not bother to make a separate schedule of visits for them. The attitude is certainly not any.
This hotel captivates everyone with its price, but after living there, we will continue to choose the hotel more carefully.

Just don't waste your nerves and money to stay at this hotel. It is better to pay extra and relax in a clean hotel with good animation and access to the sea, regardless of the ship's schedule. OR IS IT A JOKE FOR YOU to send families with children here!?!?!? There is NO food in the dining room!!! There you will forget about milk, porridges for children and cottage cheese (at least about something like that), there is no such thing!!!! The children's table is the same adult, only the plates are made of plastic! Eat with children 1-6 years old, stock up on food from home! The attitude of the staff (fortunately, I understand a little Turkish) towards the guests as a poor, hungry population. The menu is the same, BUT the next day or evening is the same, but only in a mix of the old one..And voila, a new dish! Fruits..., a complete fiasco! It's hot, but not exhausting, like in summer. There is a tram along the river 15 minutes to the sea along the golf courses of the Titanic Hotel. Very picturesque. The beach is normal with two large sunshades. It's better than umbrellas. The beach has coarse sand and small pebbles. It is not difficult to go in and out of the water, even a micro-massage of the feet turns out. Feeding "from the belly", but by the end of the rest, I was tired of the monotony. Although, maybe I'm criticizing.
There are a lot of families with children, their holidays are well organized. But over time, you get tired of children's screams and screams.
The room cleaning is bad - in fact, it was cleaned twice. Then it was just obvious that something was being done in our absence. They asked me to clean it a couple of times, but they never did.

Nice hotel. We had a rest in September 2018. Not 5⭐, of course. But the good news is 4. The restaurant is clean, the breakfasts are normal, you can make freshly squeezed orange juice.
