I am a burning customer - I have already chosen the proposed tours through Telegram Fun and Sun, but there are still some clarifying questions.
The first contact was on December 13, but the managers decided not to respond to my requests. The second contact on December 14th was already at the call center, but no one contacted me, and today, for a moment, December 17th.
It's hard to imagine what would happen if there were problems during the trip - I would not want such "support".
If attention and efficiency are important to you, it may be worth contacting another travel agency.

I bought air tickets through this intermediary to the UAE from Uzbekistan.
The low-cost airline wizz air canceled the Abu Dhabi - Tashkent flight on 04/16/2023 back to Uzbekistan in 3 days. FUN&SUN sent a 9119 message that there would be a refund for my flight due to flight cancellation. I discovered this message only 2 days before departure, so I was forced to purchase another flight. A week later, I write to them why they do not refund the funds for my canceled flight. Next, they requested a refund from wizz air and received this response:
The airline does not provide the passenger with compensation for flight 5W 7159 on April 16, 2023 AUH-TAS based on the passenger's self-rebooking on the airline's website for flight 5W 7163 AUH-SKD
I did not rebook anything on my own, as the ticket was purchased through FUN&SUN. As a result, I incurred the financial costs of buying much more expensive tickets. I also did NOT receive a refund on the old ticket.
Buy tickets only directly from the Airlines. This intermediary is inadequate.
The 9119 appeal, which talked about the refund, has already been deleted from the profile. And all new requests are closed with unsubscriptions
