We were in a cafe 1 time. I liked the food, the pizza was made by a woman (VERY TASTY) THANK YOU. she was pleasant in communication and advised us which pizza was better to take. In general, the cafe is not bad. The atmosphere is wonderful. It's a beautiful place. But the service.... You come up normally to order a drink or food, they respond with passive aggression. They send it further down the list. I understand that there are inadequate clients. But they still have to communicate normally . If you go there, you will be ready for such an attitude.
The food is terrible, as if something has gone bad, poisoning is guaranteed. The coffee is the same. They can not properly answer the questions of what is made of, etc.

Hello. I've been at your place for about half an hour. I wanted to go into the bathroom, but it was closed. The staff referred to the fact that only the customers of the establishment are allowed to enter. I had to buy coffee to get access. the establishment itself is not bad, divided into 2 parts: the first hall is a "coffee room", the second is a hall with shawarma, pizza, etc. There is no question about the second hall: the shawarma is delicious, it was made very quickly. But the service in the first part of the establishment leaves much to be desired: the girls at the bar communicate with customers with passive aggression, refused to give change from a bill (I doubt that there were 40 rubles for change at the checkout), do not know how to explain what ingredients a particular drink consists of. It's a terrible experience. I definitely won't go in there for coffee anymore.

I read the reviews and understand that they are customized. Shawarma, burritos (by the way, they are no different) are rare filth. It's even amazing how you can cook this kind of food. It's pale, there's no sauce, the meat looks like it's boiled and there's practically none there. But there is an unrealistic amount of cabbage with sauce! I've remembered this place for the rest of my life.
I won't say anything about the staff – I don't remember. It was half a year ago.

We are not local, we came to Pinsk on business, got hungry, decided to go to the first place we came across. Let's go get some pizza. The building itself is not bad, I liked the billiard room.
But there are problems with the service. Firstly, no one greeted us, the girl mumbled something unintelligible to the question asked. (At first, I thought it might have been a difficult shift, she was tired, but then I read the reviews.) It was unpleasant, I wanted to turn around and leave, but since we were hungry, we decided to order anyway. We took two large pizzas with us, "Caprichez" and "4 seasons". The only plus is that it was cooked quickly. The pizzas were soaked in the smell of the box they were in, although we took them away pretty quickly. They didn't look any different from each other, except for 3 slices of tomato on top of one of the pizzas. (I really regret that I didn't take a picture.) There is a bare dough greased with ketchup around the edges, in the center there is a cheese mash, under which the filling is not visible. The two pizzas tasted the same, none of us understood where the "4 seasons" were, where the "caprice" was. It's good that we took two liters of Cola to wash it down.
As a bonus, when we were sitting outside and waiting for pizza, we saw the girls from the first cafe making coffee. They were smoking right in front of the entrance. One sat on the cortege, the other stood next to it. When we went to pick up the pizza, they came in with us and stood at the bar, so I realized that they were making coffee here. Of course, the desire to order something disappeared from them, not the fact that they even washed their hands after.
Dear owners, please work out the recipe of the pizzas and their appearance so that it is clear which of these is which. And send your employees to attend customer service courses. Or buy it online, it doesn't matter. After reading the reviews, you will see that this is not an isolated case of such "politeness".
About the girls. Of course, it's everyone's choice whether to smoke or not, but if they want to smoke, let them into the backyard so that visitors don't see them doing it before entering the cafe. Moreover, this is a pedestrian street, everything is in plain sight here.
