Firstly, it is cheap, and Yerevan is not Paris, and I think that a priori a hotel room should not cost like a Parisian one.
Secondly, if you just want to relax, so as not to touch it, and even more so to sit down and lie down, then this is your hotel.
The guy from the reception tried his best, without unnecessary and inappropriate oriental obsequiousness. I just did my job clearly and quickly. It also bribed. Thanks a lot to him (they didn't ask his name, sorry dear).
If we fly through Yerevan again, will we return to the same hotel? Yes, and this is the best rating for the hotel.
PS: They promised to make breakfast. It's actually great!

We went for a walk in Yerevan , decided to stay somewhere for the night . We dialed the phone number indicated in the description and booked it . We arrived at the specified address, and as a result, we were checked into another hotel called MBM. The price was the same as promised at the Friendly Hotel. We went up to the room , dirt , dust , hair all around . The floors are terribly dirty, the stench is unbearable, the windows are all streaked. In general, the MBM hotel is not about anything , they also cheated in terms of checking into the specified hotel. 🤦🏼♀️ Please specify which hotel you will be checked into before you leave

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! Unfortunately, you can't give half a star! 1. The photo on the booking does not correspond to reality! 2. The attitude of the administration is piggy! The administrator was probably ashamed to look into the eyes of the customers, as after 2 hours of waiting he did not show up! We booked the room that was in the photos in the booking, as a result, we were put in a room with snot on the wall and no windows, which meant that the stink from this room could not be ventilated, music was screaming all night in the next room and people were talking very loudly, this was also not regulated by anyone! The reservation was for three days, after spending one night, it was decided to check into another hotel, they refused to return the money for two nights, they returned it only for one night, canceling the reservation completely at the booking and now we can't leave a review there!

Unfortunately, the few reviews with 5 stars here do not correspond to reality. Upon arrival at the room, it turned out that it had not been prepared for our arrival. And it's one thing when there's just not enough towels, and another when (sorry) the feces of previous residents floats in the toilet (apparently flushing does not work well). There were tiles on the floor in the room, and the entrance was located right by the road + a large full-length window, which is easy to look into, even if it is curtained with blinds. After complaining about an unmade room, we were moved to a "suite", this is a slightly larger room, with a working backlight on the mirror and laminate flooring. However, they forgot about toilet paper in the suite. They also forgot about the elementary thing — to put a couple of tea bags (although of course I found an empty pack of greenfield and one stick with sugar). But they did not forget to put a coffee maker (where to get coffee and filters for it) and scales in the room. The blanket did not fit the concept of a "double bed" at all. They could just cover the legs, not the whole person, to be honest. In addition, the bed linen in the suite was dirty. In the morning, we were asked to move to another room, which had already been prepared for us. In fact, we were offered to move into the room opposite the first one. That is, with the same direct access to the street and tiles on the floor. We decided not to stay at this hotel and asked for a refund. We were asked to arrive at 13:00, because this needs to be decided with the owner of the hotel, who will arrive by that time. After spending several hours waiting, we arrived back by this time, but it turned out that the owner came and took all the cash from the cash register and had already left. And the hotel is ready to return the money only for 1 night out of the remaining 2. However, in order to return them, you need to wait until the money is delivered (1-2 hours). As a result, the administrator went to a meeting with us and gave us 15 thousand drams of his money (although most likely we just got him). It is a pity that such low-quality services are offered for such a price. As a result, we moved to a great hotel for the same price.
I do not recommend it.

Of the minuses:
1. There is no foot towel so that there are no wet marks in the bathroom after the arc.
2. The water from the kettle from the previous owners of the room is not poured out.
3. The duvet does not fit the size of the duvet cover, it is too large.
4. The blankets were not tucked into the duvet covers.
5. The handles on the 2 cabinet doors were torn off and it was very difficult to open it.
6. The warm air conditioner does not work.
Of the advantages:
1. There is a balcony
2. Surprisingly, there are scales
3. 2 hair dryers, microwave, kettle, 2 plates and 2 cups, knife, corkscrew, TV, refrigerator
4. All personal hygiene devices
5. Clean room

7. Very easy booking

But the disadvantages for me are honestly not very obvious. Therefore, I put 5 stars⭐️

Since there were problems with the armor in another hotel, I had to look for a hotel in Yerevan at 5 am after a long road, I put 5 stars for humanity! Thank you very much, you are really friendly. Price = quality. An iron was brought to the room upon our request👍🏻
