On 10/21/2024, I paid for a New Year's bus tour to Krakow (from December 29 to January 2), and we signed a contract for myself and two children. On 12/16/2024, I was informed that the trip would not take place, and they offered me another, longer and more expensive tour, very different from the original one. I did not agree and wrote an application for a refund on 12/17/2024. They promised to return it within 7-14 days.(the contract states that they must be returned within 14 calendar days)After 10 days, they told me that the accounting department had gone on vacation and I would not see my money very soon, in another 10 days. As a result, the children were left without travel, New Year's emotions and without normal gifts. I know for sure that in other agencies in such situations they return immediately or meet the specified deadlines! Thanks for ruining the holiday, I don't recommend it to anyone!
P.S. I thought that I would not post a comment if the money was returned at least before Christmas, as a result: on January 12, the money was not returned, they are feeding breakfast. I called the 3 specified numbers, only 1 answered! At first, they hid behind the fact that everyone had gone on Christmas holidays. The holidays are over, there is no money.

We used the services of the company "fresh line" to organize a vacation in Sri Lanka. The agreement was drawn up back in October 2024. The final settlement under the contract was in November 2024. Departure 06.01. We corresponded with the operator on Viber, the girl seemed qualified and well-mannered. Doubts crept in about the above when she did not inform us about the "visa regime that exists," although she assured us that there was a visa-free regime for Belarusians in the country until March (and this is not the case, there was an article in the online. Well, we were hoping, so to speak, for the words of a qualified person who has been with the company for more than one year and has been following all updates abroad). I remind you that we have a charter flight from Moscow on 06.01 (we also need to get from Minsk to Moscow. We bought tickets in advance), my husband and I came to get tickets to the organization's office. There, by a happy coincidence, I notice that the time does not match the pre-agreed time. I ask questions to which they tell me: "weren't you warned?". The girl who negotiated with us on Viber went on vacation without handing over her affairs to anyone, perhaps we were not even the only ones who suffered. For any of our "we have concluded an agreement with you in order to absolve ourselves of responsibility of an informational nature and so on. We paid money for it. That's why we turned to the travel agency." To any of our words, the girl reacted with "You should have been told," laughter. They wrote an application to the director to refund the difference in tickets due to the fault of an employee (they went to Belavia to change tickets and lost $ 100), They said it was the holidays, the application would be reviewed on 08.01. No one reviewed the application on 08.01, I wrote to them in Viber, they could ignore it for a day or two. They examined it only on 24.01, admitted their guilt, but absolved themselves of responsibility, allegedly we did not conclude a contract with them, but with tt-bel, and offered to continue doing business with them. Which is ridiculous, the money for the services was transferred to "freshlin" :) After the messages, they are ignored again in Viber. By the way, we also lost our return tickets, namely 19.01, thanks to them :) Although I've already asked them to track the plane. (There was never any talk that we should do this ourselves.)
To sum up, I want to tell you that they upset us very much with their negligent attitude to work. As usual: they need you before you pay. As soon as the payment has been made, go for a walk, Vasya. The honeymoon turned out to be clouded by the work of "freshline". If you want everything to be smooth, contact another company that values customers and provides high-quality services. I applied to this agency to open a Schengen travel visa (Spanish). I signed the contract 4 months before the trip. As a result, they waited until the last moment, made an appointment at the visa application center exactly 3 weeks before the trip. The day before the application, I found out that according to the rules of the visa application center, you need to apply at least 30 days in advance (they offered to shift the dates of the trip, but Taylor Swift would not have rescheduled the concert because of me). At the visa center, I was told that according to the rules of the consultation, it is necessary to submit it in general in 45 working days.
Bottom line: I received my passport after 3 days of my scheduled departure, the concert took place without me, the ticket was gone, and so were the reservations. And in addition, a few weeks later, I received a response from their lawyer to my written claim that they had fulfilled all their obligations.
It is a shame to convince a client that in 4 months they have not been able to make an appointment with their client at the visa application center. Just ugh.

I was terrorized for 40 minutes as I signed up and suspected the dishonest work of the agency. But they entered me manually and let me through. Yeah, the song, no one had a situation like that while I was there. And I paid for the full escort and I get it..
4. The documents were issued incorrectly on their part: the bus leaflet was issued that I was leaving Minsk on 31.08, and arriving in Poland on 01.08. Here is such a teleport. After everything that happened, I contacted their management. Spoiler: it would be better not to call, because after such a conversation, I realized that it would be better not to call.
The result of our conversation was that I was to blame, because I had high expectations from their service.

My mistake is only that I chose this company.

To apply for visas (especially to Greece), contact another agency. Four of them were served - and they didn't give it to anyone. The work was carried out disgustingly: starting from the discount "from 3 people", which they said would be, but did not give, ending with incorrect paperwork. As we thought, we paid money to professionals, but in the end we paid a hack:
1 Did not print the plane tickets (which was discovered at night, on the day of visa application)
