For two months, the company was unable to establish an Internet connection, constantly feeding promises.
The first connection request was submitted on the twentieth of November 2024. Before that, I had already called and applied in early November. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the promised connection day, but in the end no one arrived. I called about ten times after that. They promised to call me back every time, but instead of specific answers, they just made dry promises.
In early January 2025, I received a call asking about the quality of my home Internet, which, let me remind you, was never connected. It looked like a mockery.
On January 18, I called the managers again. They promised to call back and install the Internet within three business days. Today is the third working day, but now they say that the weather conditions are in the way and the connection will be possible only in a week. Next week, apparently, Mercury retrograde will interfere with them, so I think there will be no connection again.
It is difficult to put into words the level of disappointment from such a service.
