A small area near the shopping center
A monument in the city still needs to be found.
In general, the usual kinetic sculpture. It's fun, but it doesn't make sense.

A lot of times I watched this head from the window of the shopping center located in the immediate vicinity. There is a McDonald's right next to the windows facing it.
People gather and eat for 30 minutes when she starts moving.
I didn't understand for myself what people like about it.🤷♂️
