One can talk a lot about the historical contribution of Francysk Skaryna to the culture of Belarus. He is certainly the first, not just the first printer from Polotsk, but also the one who translated the Bible into Belarusian and printed this book.

Monument to F.Skaryna stands in the center of the city of Polotsk.
It takes 10-20 minutes to walk from the train station in a straight line. There is a fountain and a bench nearby where you can sit down, relax and admire.
I recommend it to fans and connoisseurs of Belarusian culture.
