I will not write what kind of car and what they did, since they are masterfully able to "get away", which they did throughout the entire "repair".The same job that they did for a month and didn't do it, they did it in a day in another place without any problems. Most likely, this is due to the fact that I did not buy spare parts for the car from them, but myself, and therefore it turned out that it was a pity for the money spent, and most importantly, the time, I regretted a hundred times that I turned to them. I thought that the negative reviews were inflated, but it turned out not. A book is not enough to describe all their disadvantages.In general, I do not advise anyone, only if you have extra time and money.

Well, since I got there, I think it's necessary to change the steering rack and brake discs and calipers, and there are various little things still. The car has been under repair for three and a half months. About five steering rails were brought. One even from St. Petersburg. Either the fasteners did not fit, or they were not like that at all. Of course I'm not a locksmith, but was it possible to change the distance from the mount to the mount? Oh well. In the end, they found it and changed it. We took the car. we got to the house about three kilometers away and the front wheel jammed. I don't want to say anything, they sent a tow truck from the service. the car is on the machine and after a couple of days we happily pick up the car. We drove a friend's car for three months. We reach the pre-sale equipment and our wheel smoked so much that a fire extinguisher was offered from the next car. Half an hour later, of course, she was there again. A couple more days of waiting. And they call- take it away. Already with bitter experience, at first the husband decided to drive it. Starts the car and the Stop does not go out. This is usually the case if you need to top up the liquid in the tank. Topped up, moves out of place, and there's a puddle of this liquid that's not worth a penny just in case. We call the master, we ask what is it? And then he gives out - you have a cracked tank!!! And why is this the first time I've heard this in three and a half months??? Would I really give 960 rubles for a rail and not find 70 rubles for a tank? Why did the administrator with whom we were constantly in touch also hear this for the first time? Two more days and today I have the car. Now she won't turn on the hot one, but I won't set foot there anymore. In total, I gave away about 3,500 white rubles.
In this situation, of course, I feel sorry for myself and Master Maxim most of all. He suffered for everyone. And the last thing. I like my car and I don't like it when people hint to me that such cars belong in the trash. If the craftsmen's hands do not grow out of the seat and they are not limited in the budget (I never said it was expensive, do not do it, I do not need it), then not such machines are being restored.

The specialists convinced me that she was not the problem. The sensor was repaired and replaced, as it turned out to be working. They said that everything works and there are no errors. As soon as I left the service station, all the same errors lit up. I was booked for repairs only a week later, but I arrived a week later on a tow truck. The engine stalled on the move. As a result, the timing is replaced. Fortunately, the timing chain did not break, but the tensioner fell apart. For all the time I have been communicating with employees, I have encountered rudeness, unwillingness to work, incompetence, disrespect and inability to communicate with customers.Don't believe the positive reviews. They're fake. I strongly advise against contacting them for help.

A minimum of complaints to the motorist: he commented, explained everything, although everyone was covered with a solarium in the podcapot. Managers (r) are something. At the time of acceptance, he did not even bother to get up from the throne (chair). If you want to move, call and remind, strain, as if this repair is for thanks. Of the 30 calls, 25 are outgoing.So the valves lay on delivery for a week, until I called and reminded. 2 months later, after the transfer to the repair, I went to look at the car: I was standing on the street with my eyes open! windows and dangling cellophane and a centimeter layer of dust in the cabin, the cylinders in the hood are not covered with anything and already with a dusting of rust. The showing specialist quickly retreated and said that it was not his car! The pepper is clear, not his, but I saw a couple more of the same open-to-all-winds car salons. So, it's not that they don't give a damn, they give a damn about you and your cars. Also: they included in the price a service that I did not order (it was discussed 20 times), I was just so tired of these repairs that I decided not to argue. And the cherry on the cake: after 150 km, probably during burning in urban conditions, smoke poured out of the hood with a pungent smell of tanning beds, and smoke even in the cabin.He stopped, opened the hood, smoke was coming from the side of the garage. There's some kind of cloth under the particulate filter screen. To my indignation, manager M. explained that it was just the fabric between the particulate filter and its screen soaked in diesel fuel, you can go on! Does the PSA set such standards?, do you see the smoke- drive on, maybe you won't burn down, or is it still a service station?
For the first time, they put on a radio and changed the bulbs in the headlights. For the fact that they will register a new radio station in the system, they took 150 rubles... We were just shocked by the prices, although the procedure itself is simple, but there is nowhere else to do it.
And the headlight was completely hung back just on hooks, without twisting. We discovered this when the water started to flow behind her while washing the car. Terrible service.
The second time they brought the car in a tow truck, because it didn't stop.
We left them 3 (three, Carl!) phone numbers for communication, so that they will tell you when they check what is wrong with it and tell you how much it will cost, how long the repair will take. We kept the car until the end of Friday evening without dialing, until we ourselves arrived at the closing, and would have left it for the whole weekend, since the service does not work. And the joke is that we had to leave for Moscow urgently and there was no time to wait at all.
In short, I don't recommend anyone else to set foot here.

And the result. After a couple of hours, everything works. And very very not even expensive. The main thing is that the spouse is happy. This is their Specialty. Do not rummage in the bag. So I have only one positive emotion. Keep it up. I advise them.

The service is disgusting. At first, they took a huge amount for replacing the coil. The car was not working well again. On the second day, they were repaired again, the car was kept all day and not one of the three numbers left did not call to say what would happen next. I had to go personally to find out that they just made a diagnosis and left it from Friday to Tuesday just to wait. No apologies, no refund for poor-quality repairs.

Here they were quickly accepted, sorted out within an hour. Polite staff, reasonable prices, I will usually contact them and recommend them to my friends.

I asked about the diagnosis and subsequent repair of the suspension. So, after the diagnosis, they asked for about 500 rubles for spare parts and work. after that, the amount rose to 800 (added repair of the steering rack). I came to pick up the car, 1200 at the checkout. Is it okay? according to the printout, an alleged replacement of the reverse gear sensor was added (it did not last even a month), replacement of the support bearing and the drive oil seal + oil in the gearbox. But we didn't agree on this job with the master. The drive oil seal is leaking now. Conclusion => none of the unspecified work was done, i.e. the usual scam. Think for yourself.
