Good service, ambiance. Brisket felt like a stewed beef - didn't have smoke flavor, no smoke ring. Strange texture for tortillas. Burritos were good, but again, tortillas seemed like were made from a regular bread dough. If you are looking for good smoked meat and chicken - probably might want to skip this place.

I wasn't able to find the brisket that is prompted in their videos (that tender, well cooked, full of water inside...) The place is nice, service is ok. I have no complaints about the rest indeed I would like to go again but not for the brisket!

It's a very un-Tashkent place, and that's the biggest plus! Interesting and original menu. Meat: ribs, brisket - just stunningly delicious and tender. A huge selection of burgers, there is a children's menu. And the free peanuts on the table are a separate kind of pleasure. Salad is a large and delicious portion. All the food we've tried, and we've already tried a lot of things there, is very tasty. Cool interior, background music - everything is in harmony. In short, we'll go there again and not once. Although it's very far from home :)
P.S. If anyone is interested, there is alcohol. But everything is fine without alcohol.
The contingent is pleasant.

We used to go a lot and liked it, but there was a pause period and we decided to visit them again today. Unfortunately, everything went wrong: the service and the quality of the food.
1. The waiter is not friendly. Plus, when they asked for the second menu, I went to get it with a dissatisfied face.
2. Both the first and the second arrived almost immediately. Logically, the second dish was cold by the time the first one was finished.
3. There is a feeling of fullness, but the food is absolutely not tasty.
4. The waiter did not ask what flavor to serve the soup and wings.
This place is no longer relevant to us, as there are many delicious places to replace it in the city.
On the plus side, my wife liked her burger and chicken soup.

No one greets you at the entrance, waiting for the waiter and not leaving is an achievement. Knowledge of the menu leaves much to be desired. The waiters clearly do not have enough serivis training. The interior is about nothing. The menu is old, you have to find out what you have for questions. 20% service - for what? We ordered tomato soup - delicious. I really liked the holopeno sausages. But the Tennessee ribs are not cooked correctly, the meat is dry, they did not justify their cost. We visited purely due to the fact that the institution is open around the clock, we will not return anymore.

We finally visited this wonderful cafe. A very cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere. The interior pleasantly surprised us, very stylish and modern design. I was pleased with the service: the waiter was attentive and helped with the selection of dishes. The tacos with meat and vegetables was very good. I recommend this cafe to everyone to have a good time.

Purely for fans of the American theme) and the cuisine is American, there is even a Mexican one) the atmosphere is to match the theme) beautiful and unusual. What's also cool, the trick of the place, there is a bucket of peanuts and salted popcorn on each table, while waiting for an order, you can have a snack and it's on the house. The staff is excellent, quiet, calm) as for the menu, I didn't like American cuisine, it seemed too greasy and specific for me, but I think there are also lovers)

The prices are slightly above average, but in return you get a great atmosphere (good music on the background, interesting interior of the institution) and good service. Good service is important.

The cost of steaks is indicated at 100 grams, although in fact it is possible to order from 200 or 400 grams at a minimum, which increases the cost of a serving by 2-4 times. The waiter informed me about this when he took the order. The steak tasted strange. We also ordered chicken soup, in which the chicken seemed stale with a strange taste.

I brought an order for 3 people , four of them were waiting ... despite the fact that there were almost no visitors .. as a result, we had to accelerate. The 4th person decided not to have dinner, drank a drink and we were about to leave, brought a receipt with the 4th course... when they told us that they hadn 't brought it to us , he left to sort it out .. in general, something was wrong with the management, the account was closed correctly, this incident was attributed to fatigue, but now somehow I don't want to go in, there are stable establishments nearby ((

the place is average, for 3-4. interior for 5. kitchen for 3-4.
- there is a playground, which is not bad enough, but the nanny was constantly going somewhere leaving the children alone or going about her business, again, without paying much attention to the children. there is a playground in the basement, there are tables near the playground, but there is no interior as such around, just tables and a picture hanging.
- the portions are large, some types of meat are served immediately in sauce (which I have not seen in other places, why pour sauce over it when you can bring the sauce separately is not clear).
- the menu is quite diverse, there are many types of meat dishes, chicken, various salads, drinks.
- prices are high by the standards of Tashkent restaurants. dinner for two without alcohol cost 750k, for the same dinner even in the city center they would have given 500-600k.
bottom line: prices are high, the quality of service and cuisine clearly does not reach the set prices.

A very interesting and unusual interior. This is where the positive aspects end. Crazy prices for not particularly high-quality food. It's very difficult to screw up a rib eye steak. But they did it once. Of the entire range of this steakhouse, only 3 types were available. The minimum size of one steak is 500 gr. Rare medium roasting turned out to be almost rare-the steak did not want to be cut in any way, while disintegrating into fibers. Although the crust fell off from the inside at the beginning of slicing, I had never seen this before. Inside, it turned out to be wetter than rare. They asked me to fry it to medium. As a result, it remained raw in some places, and overcooked in some places. At the same time, the waiter claimed that the steak was exactly the roast that we ordered. It is unpleasant to give such money for such soullessly ruined meat. It feels like the steak has undergone several freeze-thaw cycles before reaching the chef's hands with a lot of fat and veins. The staff is not particularly pleasant. For such a percentage, they don't score on guests like that. For such prices, the chef's skill level and the quality of raw materials must be different. Such an institution has no right to call itself a steakhouse. Maybe they have delicious burgers or salads... But it is unclear where this institution gets such an inflated rating from. The discrepancy between the prices in the menu and in the receipt. Cola, by the way, was nothing-normal)), really warm. Ice was provided 1 time, it was not even enough for half of 1.5 liters of eggplant. A very strange parking lot with a descent angle of 50 degrees, with a pass. It is wildly inconvenient and takes a long time to park. The beer is watery. We got here by accident, because our favorite steakhouse was unexpectedly closed today. We looked at people's reviews, and the choice fell on this place. I strongly recommend Franklin's BBQ& Steakhouse to those who want to taste juicy, proper steaks in the right execution. We are very disappointed. It was an extremely unfortunate first and last time we came here.
