I went to the spa at this hotel with a gift certificate. I made an appointment in advance. I had a massage, peeling. I used the aqua zone, which had a hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool. Everything was great, including the attitude of the staff. I've had a great time here. I recommend it!

We stayed on the recommendation of friends - we were delighted: a clean room, a pleasant bed with soft pillows, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, a fresh gym with all necessary equipment, soft snow-white bathrobes (terry in the room, waffle in the pool), attention from the staff in the form of a mini cake upon arrival and branded cookies for the child upon departure, the service at the reception and in the restaurant for breakfast - everything is just fine!!! But the "cherry on the cake" is the SPA area - Turkish hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi, pool of 25 METERS - we definitely recommend it! Definitely we will come again! Sincere thanks to the staff and administration for a good rest! We were very satisfied!

Nice hotel, clean, good breakfasts. I didn't like the construction site outside, it's noisy since 6 a.m. every day. When cleaning the room, the use of fragrances is overused: the bed linen smells excessively strong!!!

The only disadvantage is the location (you need to go somewhere to walk, but with a cheap taxi this is not a problem). Everything else is fine. Good SPA, restaurant, excellent breakfasts. In general, I recommend it.

The hotel is no longer the first freshness, but it is difficult to find a normal hotel at an affordable price in Tashkent. The air conditioner was at a minimum of 16 degrees Celsius and could not cool the air to an acceptable 20-22 degrees. It was very hard to sleep at night. We lived on the last - 5th floor, and perhaps the proximity of the heating roof also played a role. But anyway, something needs to be done with condees, because it is almost impossible to live in June in such conditions ((

A wonderful hotel, with good rooms, excellent service. They did not have time to check in, they immediately brought additional bedding for the child and made it up. Very tasty breakfasts. A large spa complex, clean swimming pool, hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi, all this is included in the room rate. I recommend you to stay.

A normal hotel. It corresponds to its three stars. The rooms are spacious. The staff is polite. The room has bathrobes, slippers, an ironing board with an iron.
The disadvantages are sometimes unstable WiFi and the noise of the railway that runs next to the hotel. Otherwise, everything is OK.

This is the second time I have returned to this hotel.
Cleanliness is always at the highest level, the staff is very responsive and polite. Rooms with different lighting. The design of the hotel is very beautiful in every sense of the word. There is always high-quality food at breakfast. In the SPA area there is a beautiful and large swimming pool, a chic Hammam with sauna and Jacuzzi, there is also a fitness area with top-brand exercise equipment and a phytobar. In one word, 🔥.
For comparison, I settled in Rakat Plaza for two years, to be honest, it doesn't even make sense to compare.

A great place to relax after a busy day. The breakfasts are hearty, delicious and varied. A heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam deserve special attention. Fitness equipment for every taste. For smokers and those who like to sit in the hotel bar with a glass of wine or a mug of beer, this place is not suitable. The concept of the hotel is without cigarettes and alcohol. Smoking is allowed only in front of the main entrance to the hotel in front of a busy road.

The hotel is new, not even all the locals know it. The price/ quality ratio is 10 out of 10. The repair is done at a high level. Everything: design, finishing materials, plumbing correspond to each other (we did not skimp on plumbing). A chic spa area with a swimming pool, it's nice to take a dip and swim after the heat of +41. But there are two small disadvantages: 1- a great hotel, but it is located in the wrong place (to the center and back only by taxi). 2- while staying at this hotel, you will feel the zest, the flavor of the East. An ordinary modern European design, because being in it, you will not understand where you are: in Sweden, Switzerland, Norway or anywhere else, but not in Tashkent. Perhaps this was the calculation. But overall I LIKED THE HOTEL.

Excellent hotel, there is a bus stop near the entrance.
On the ground floor there is a Spa, saunas, Jacuzzi (lots, lots of bubbles!), and a large swimming pool with swing chairs and hammocks. Each locker room has 1 toilet and 2 showers.
On the same floor there is a fitness room, a conference room, access to the parking lot and a barbershop.
Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, so you definitely won't leave hungry. The buffet.
The other five floors are conference rooms with computers.
The staff is polite. Maids always knock to ask about cleaning.
