I recently visited Frank's restaurant, and I was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere here is simply gorgeous — the cozy interior and pleasant music create the perfect mood. The menu is varied, I tried pasta with seafood, and it was on top! The service is also at the highest level — the staff is polite and attentive. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant evening with excellent cuisine!

The expectations were better!

I took off a star for the fact that it would be possible to arrange payment in rubles for a Russian restaurant! We easily paid for it with a transfer to a Russian card at a nearby Chinese restaurant, but not here!
Also, gentlemen, the heads of the institution, you have problems with the website! When I went to the website and wanted to book seats, the information came out that there were no seats for February 23rd! In fact, when we arrived, the restaurant was empty and it was February 23rd!!! With this approach and incorrect information on the website, the restaurant will always be half empty!!!

We were with a friend on August 22 at 22:30. There are no questions about the kitchen and the menu - everything is great. Diana, the waiter, worked with us. My friend ordered a cocktail, I commented that I was under 21, immediately Diana asked me to leave the place with an absolutely serious face, I clarified that I was not going to order alcohol, therefore I clarified that I was under 21, in response I was once again asked to leave the place, I remained silent. Later, when the order was brought to us, I asked why the waiter told me this, commenting that it besieged me. I understand that it was a joke, but it was not funny to anyone, not to a friend, nor to me. In response, the waiter apologized and commented: "Yes, I saw that you were crying, don't be offended." I didn't say anything again. I don't understand what this humor was about, it spoiled the impression of the evening. Basta's restaurant, in the bluewaters area, the food is delicious, not very expensive. The interior is unobtrusive, the waiters are all super, many speak Russian. The choice of dishes is good. SMS does not work a little, navigation is not obvious, the place is not obvious on electronic maps, it is located next to angel cakes.

While vacationing with my wife in Dubai, of course we visited this restaurant.

The worst Frank I've ever been. Half of the menu is out of stock, lamb chops (which are instead of ribs) are too greasy and it's bad after them. I hope for a quick fix.

A cheese burger was sampled, the serving was interesting, and overall it was delicious. The cocktail is about nothing. 90% ice, and some kind of lemonade, probably alcohol, or not. It's better to take wine or beer.
The staff is friendly, Russian-speaking, and there is everything you need on the table.

The only thing that is exactly the same as in Moscow time is an eggplant salad (the same delicious as in Moscow time). Ribs and tacos are a nightmare. Dirty tables like at McDonald's - it was unpleasant to be (we were sitting on the veranda)
