The next day (it's already a holiday, time is running out), without receiving a message, I write myself asking if everything is in force and how I can pay for the flowers. It turns out that the selected colors are no longer there, there was a problem with the delivery. I didn't understand how this was related, considering that we were discussing the flowers that were available. They offered to collect bouquets of flowers in other shades, but everything was passed by. I understand that there is a high workload these days, but why take an order that cannot be completed, and also notify about it only after a message from my side. The service was disappointing.
I ordered a bouquet, a very large selection, unusual flowers, a luxurious bouquet was collected and, most importantly, it stood for a long time. I take off one star for being too long in charge, otherwise everything is fine.
