In fact, it is a beautiful modern well-maintained park with several fountains. Nearby there are pedestrian streets with lots of cafes and restaurants.
In September, fountains here and in most of Baku are open in the evening.

It's Fotyuntanov Square in summer, and in winter it's a square with a New Year's Fair and just crowds of people, you can't get through. Very nice and dressed up. It smells of goodies everywhere.

The square is located in the city center. Fountains of various shapes, sizes and sculptural compositions are located here.
The square is surrounded by green alleys and city monuments. Nearby are the famous Grand Hotel, the Palace of the Press, the old cinema, museums, the Armenian temple, as well as cafes and restaurants.
