Disgusting. The "master", if you can call it that, is completely unable to work with modern photo processing programs, but proves the opposite. The cost is taken from the head. Prints what doesn't need to be printed without your knowledge and "pushes" it into your bill. After complaining about the quality of services, I was also outraged that we didn't know anything about her field and she did everything that could be done.
P.S. The result was important to us.In another photo studio (I will not advertise), our order was made in 20 minutes, efficiently, having coordinated all the nuances before printing. By the way, the cost turned out to be much lower...
