I took a photo there for a green card. Initially, I took a photo with a normal facial expression, and the photographer, after looking at the photo, offered to reshoot it with a smile. I agreed. Later I found out that for a photo on a green card, it is preferable to use a relaxed expression without a smile. We returned to the photo studio, explained the situation, and agreed to redo the photo for free without any questions.
The photo, by the way, in both cases was sent to me literally an hour later.
The staff is disgusting to communicate with visitors, I have repeatedly noticed and not only in relation to myself. They can discuss personal issues while the queue is crowded.
Customer orientation is at zero, if such words are familiar at all.

It's a good studio. It is not the first year that I have been using the services of printing photos on documents and in a family album. The master who prints always talks about printing areas, whether frames are needed, etc. so that there are no surprises later. You can buy any kind of batteries, albums, etc.
It's terrible! There is no attitude! I came to print the abstract, it was not printed correctly yet and is not readable! They didn't react to any outrage! I came out and threw it away!

In addition, an urgent photo that they promise to take in 20 minutes, I waited all 50) Because the photographer didn't check that my photo was jammed in the printer, and I had to wait for it to be printed again. I highly do not recommend this photo studio. Nothing has changed for almost 4 years now.

02/20/2023 I took a photo for my passport and visa. As a result, the passport office said that the photos did not fit both in size and quality: the face was too far away. Then I went with the photo to the visa application center, where they also said that the photos did not fit, because the face was too far away.

I have experienced only positive moments. I came 10 minutes before closing time, for which I apologize very much, and they did not refuse, they took urgent photos of me. You just have to be human and there will be no negativity from the staff. thank you!!!!

In terms of quality, the photos are good, photocopies are often of terrible quality, sometimes too light that is barely visible, then heavily darkened.
Very harmful workers, especially the photographer. They are working on uncoupling, as there are so many customers. They don't want to go to the meeting. The photos say that they will be thrown off, in the end they do not take them off, you have to go ask. They are not focused on the client at all, as if they work on a budget. I don't recommend it.

Makhnovich's photo studio is not staffed by competent staff. The usual double-sided certificate could not be printed, it took half an hour. When they printed it out in another photo studio without any problems in 2 minutes.
