My visit to the store was quite ordinary. I didn't find anything special or memorable here. The range of products was modest, the service was standard. Overall, it's just a typical place to shop, but nothing more.

Disgusting attitude towards customers. I have a large order of 443pcs photos to print. The manager did not show the difference between printing photos for 50tg and for 100tg - 1 pc. She took the flash drive and said, "go outside, don't stand over my soul!" As a result, they printed out the photos on cardboard (ordinary thick paper), in addition, the color rendition is terrible, the faces are dark, the nature is gray. Please make a refund, I was refused! DON'T PRINT PHOTOS THERE!!!! 100 for good quality is unthinkable money!, in ADK they printed me the same photo for 37 tenge!!!! In great quality!

The service is disgusting. I wanted to post a photo with a calendar for 2021. The manager offered to pay, come in a couple of days (2500), while the design is selected. I'm not ordering online!! There was no admin to solve the issue, I turned on the "kettle" myself, I don't know, I don't remember my name. So send such workers to the Durka, where the brains will immediately be put in place!
