When we arrived on January 6 to pick up an order from another city, there was no order at the specified address. We were informed that the order is at a different address, and that the courier will deliver it in 10 minutes. I'm sorry, but your "10 minutes" have turned into 50 minutes. Is this normal? I had to stand and wait with a small child. Why don't you call the customer when the order is ready and specify the delivery address?
