I found out already at work that instead of two different files each in 10 copies, the man printed me one but in 20.
At the same time, the printer first connected, then jammed the paper. Long.

I came in during their working hours – it's closed. I called the number left on the door – they said they would come in 10 minutes. There's no one in 15 minutes. Terrible service

I was printing photos.
A claim was made to me that the photo was not on a flash drive, although other places print photos sent both via Viber and by e-mail. In fact, for this ("lack of electronic media"), they wanted to take more money. That is, they had to take a picture on the phone, and then transfer it to a flash drive ....
As a result, the service is sooooo slow.
If there was another photo print nearby, I would never have come here again.
