A cozy department, I was there in February 2021. I made a bank card - a very long operation, and they also put me at the table with an intern, who filled everything out for a very long time, asking every step from the next manager. From the outside, it looked as illogical as possible, really it was simply impossible to approach and prompt on the spot, avoiding unnecessary dialogue for the whole hall. The procedure for obtaining a card is also not thought out, bring it the next day, I had to take pictures with the documents... In general, I would not have contacted you unless absolutely necessary!
