The bank's employees fraudulently sell SIM cards, showing absolute incompetence in the field of mobile products. I came to open a bank card. I was told that activating the CARD costs 1500t. Not a word was said about the SIM card, about the new mobile number. At the end of the bank card registration procedure, I was also handed a SIM card. Naturally, I had questions about how much it costs and how to manage it. To which the girl said that her next Clint was urgent and sent me to a consultant. This girl showed utter incompetence, could not really explain that there is no mobile application or personal account for managing a mobile card. The fact that the SIM card is controlled only by ussd commands, I found out later from the Internet. The girl also doesn't know about blocking unused numbers, especially about service texts. Summing up, communication with the employees of this department can be characterized as deception based on incompetence and unprofessionalism. I would not perform any sensitive operations here

The most disgusting department in the city! Incompetent employees who do not know their job and give incorrect information. Question: Why do I have to enter my IIN and phone number to get a coupon? I'm not even a bank customer. Why should I enter my personal data? I have never encountered such a thing in any bank. Even one star will be a lot for a review.

If you value your time, you'd better choose another department. Here, one person works in all positions, from the call center to working with legal entities. After an hour of waiting and interruptions to calls, the employee independently decided not to open a checking account, without sending documents for approval. It looks very strange.

A terrible separation. I came on Saturday. There was only 1 manager with limited rights. In addition, when receiving a coupon, they are forced to register their Iin and specify a phone number, while violating civil rights and the law on personal data. I have been serving 3 of my companies in this bank since the year 20, and at the same time, not interacting with clients disrupts huge currency transactions on time. Just zero management👎

I asked the employee to close the current and card account, because I was leaving for another country in three days, and it would be difficult to file a declaration outside Kazakhstan, because for some reason statements are given only at a bank branch. 10 hours before departure, I call to clarify exactly that everything is fine and closed, but they tell me that the account is alive and well. I had to look for a working department in an emergency mode, which was very problematic, because on December 16 only one department in the region was working. Moreover, I have said several times that I want to close my current account. Such a setup.
