It's not a bad place, the exterior of the buildings looks like an old structure, but inside everything looks modern. You don't always have to wait long, the staff is always more or less adequate.

I didn't like the fact that the service was very long, and when I came to ask how to extend my card, I was told that such cards are not allowed, you need to open a new account number. I had reissued my card online through the App two weeks before, I told the consultant, she tells me that there will be no card of yours, and she also says I don't understand it's virtual, why do I tell her? I withdraw my salary every month, I do not know it. I just left. In the evening of the same day, I received an SMS that your Card had arrived at the pick-up point. The next day I came and waited in line for an hour. The office is not comfortable, add more benches, I had to stand standing.
