the card was blocked for some reason. access to your personal account has been blocked. 0 opportunities to contact the bank's security service / bank employees. The issue has not been resolved for a week.. I wrote an email, but no one answered. there is money left in the salary account. I can't get through from either the RF number or the KZ number. My husband works on flights , transferred his salary , received it . But I can't transfer 150,000 rubles from my entire account. They wrote a letter to me that they were unilaterally breaking the contract , saying that the income was not legalized. Terrorism . DO NOT TRY TO TRANSFER YOUR FUNDS TO THIS BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!
