I didn't understand this place. Maybe you need to take a tour (I don't know if they are there). The structure looks like a remodel. But there is a toilet and you can wash your face with cold water on a hot day. The fort offers excellent views of the port and the city. If you do not take into account the fort itself, then it is worth visiting for the beautiful views.
