I call them - they ask me if we have made an appointment for Friday. Seriously? Do I have to remind you of this? Okay, we agreed on Mon. The time before lunch was specified exactly, they said that the courier would call on Mon in the morning. I call the store myself - they don't answer the phone. Working hours, hello, guys. Are we going to work? And, accordingly, there was no call or letter from them either. The service is terrible! I do not recommend contacting a company where reputation and customers are not valued.
