The place is wonderful, but only two girls can print A1 drawings. Where did the frame come from, 2.5 cm on top and 3 cm on the right, although it was not in the original pdf file. And the drawing was saved correctly as well. Alas, the training of employees leaves much to be desired in this matter!

To begin with, the girl working at the center greets customers with a dissatisfied face. I took photos for documents, the girl said that she would do everything according to the norms, payment BEFORE the service, 14 rubles (cheaper in other centers), the check was not issued. I gave the photo in an envelope, in the end I see that it is overexposed, although it was promised to do according to the norms)))))) To my dissatisfaction, I was told that, they say, I showed it on the camera and in general we have such a flash, I did not redo anything! When asked to redo it, they said to pay an additional one and a half rubles. Although it is not clear why.
Please be more attentive to the photos on the documents! To do them according to the norms, if such a service is declared. An incorrect photo can be the reason for refusal, it will be a shame to pay money for documents (a lot of money) and get refused

We came to print 2 sheets before the pairs. They didn't say hello to us. They announced a price of 3 rubles. We gave 20 to which the girl told us that she would not have change. She said that you can go change in the next building. I said that it was not necessary then, to which we were answered "I have already put it to print" This is not our problem, we could have just left, but we were late. According to the law, the administrator is obliged to provide the cashier with a change coin. We understand there are different things, but this is not the first time. Every time an unfriendly attitude is unpleasant.

It was necessary to print out colored sheets (regular a4, pdf format). Several lines were not printed in the printout. They said that the problem was in the file and asked to pay for this erroneous result. Although in my files the borders were bright.
As a result, the problem turned out to be in the salon printer. But for this to be discovered, I had to defend my work and prove my case. The staff felt a claim against me and did not want to hear me.
I was also surprised that the hole punch of two pages is a paid service)
Perhaps these are isolated cases. But I came across this and would not recommend it to others
