It's not the first time I've stayed here. An excellent complex of individual cottages in the shade of pine trees literally on the shore of the purest sea, where dolphins often come. The cabins have everything you need, a veranda, umbrellas and beach towels are provided. There are sun loungers on the beach.
The territory is guarded, there is Parking, as well as a kitchen complex, where all kinds of utensils, kettles and stoves, and upstairs there is a playground with a view for dinner or breakfast.
You can cook yourself or go to cafes, of which there are plenty nearby.
Special thanks to Irina, she is the guardian angel of this place, always with a smile, always ready to help or provide information!

This is not the first time we have rested here. Clean, cozy, a place far from the hustle and quiet are the main criteria for choosing a place to relax. There are no complaints about Forest itself.
BUT, this year there is terribly, terribly loud music, from all sides of the disco until 12 at night. And at 7 a.m., cafes dump glass bottles into an iron trash can... It's a pity, it's a pity, we ruined our vacation.

Boiler, air conditioning, TV,WiFi,parking,shared kitchen.
Better take luxury cabins.
The houses are more spacious and most importantly, the house is in the shade of pine trees all day long.
You sit like this at noon in the shade of pine trees on the balcony and drink cool drinks . Kaaife!!!

We rested from October 23 to October 3. In the suite. Not bad. It's clean and cozy. But the big minus is music, it is not possible to sleep until 24 hours. There are few cafes. Next to the coffee, one thing is not tasty. Yes, it's not expensive, but it's not tasty. Khachapuri is nothing, delicious chebureks. The first courses are worth three points. There is nowhere to go to eat, I do not want to rest. The kitchen on the territory is not bad, but the pre-full workload is small in general, the business in Abkhazian does not invest anything in the sea, the sun and the pines from nature. The administration of Irina and Nadezhda are friendly. They explained what was where. I will not visit this place anymore, the music has discouraged everyone

Excellent complex, friendly and helpful staff.We were here for 11 nights, we liked everything.The territory is in the shade, there is a kitchen, a barbecue.It is located on the first line, 30 seconds to the sea.Around the corner is cafe Aphrodite, which is very tasty and not expensive. I recommend visiting this place.

This is a great place. The territory is large, there are many huge trees. There is a place to hide from the sun. WiFi works great throughout the property. Hammocks beckon you to lie down in them. The houses are cozy, but small. There is a great veranda overlooking the sea. It's great to have dinner there and watch the sunset. There is no food on site, but there is a kitchen for self-cooking. There are plenty of cafes nearby if you don't want to cook. But most importantly, wonderful people work there. Responsive, kind. All issues with them are solved very simply. We have only positive impressions. Thank you all very much.

After a rest in Gagra, we arrived at this place! The general perception is the bottom! Upon arrival at the territory, we were met by a security guard "Sasha" lying on the bed, who did us a "favor" by launching us into the territory! The administrators did not get far from the guard, they were met at 16:00 with a backup view:(( The houses for living are separated from each other by a distance of 1-1.5, in principle, the neighbors did not interfere! The houses themselves are made of OSB, each room has a TV with 250 channels, air conditioning, a refrigerator! In principle, you can live and relax! There is a kitchen on site where you can cook food! The territory of the base is relatively spacious, there is a Playground, hammocks, barbecue area! But the territory, in my opinion, is not properly cleaned, there is garbage lying around!
I reduced the cost of working in the nearest cafes with "live" music until 00:30, which greatly interfered with rest! The road from the base to the sea is dirty, annoying! The beach is packed with vacationers, although the vacationers of the base have personal sun loungers! The beach is also polluted! After the first day of rest, after swimming in the sea, we caught an enterovirus, which also manifested itself in our neighbors! I understand that the sewage drains of all nearby hotels go straight to the sea, which indicates the spread of infection at high water temperatures in the sea!
In general, the Forest Club is an institution where you should not go, because for the same money you can find much better conditions in the district!

We stayed for 4 nights while traveling in Abkhazia, we liked it! Closed territory, all in pines, 100 meters to the beach, houses with amenities and a veranda, on-site Parking, near a cafe where you can eat! Gagra is 20 minutes away by car.

A good place for a budget vacation. The houses are small, but clean and everything is there for life. I don't know how two adults and two children could fit in the house, it's comfortable together, in principle it's possible with one child, with two - it's too much. So one child sleeps with his parents. There are barbecues, a shared kitchen, tables under a canopy. Such a joint anthill. Pine trees all around, the air. The sea is a 2-minute walk away, the beach is small pebbles, which is rare in Abkhazia. The sea is clear. But I can only perceive such a vacation if I have a car. There are several reasons. Firstly, the area is quite deserted, it gets dark early in the evening and there is nowhere to go, but I got in the car and left for Pitsunda, Gagra, etc. Secondly, if you have never been to Abkhazia and want to try the delicious local cuisine, then do not eat in the area under any circumstances. The food around the Forest Club is disgusting, it's just a crime, in my opinion. Get in the car and go to dinner at any other place. There are many such places. The nearest one is the cafe of the Gloria mini-hotel in Ldzaa, in general, Ldzaa is lively, fun and there are many delicious restaurants. You can go there for the whole day, but there are large pebbles, you need slippers for swimming, but they are sold everywhere. If you want chebureks, then you need to drive about 150 meters past the Boxwood Grove hotel towards the Pitsunda market, there is a tent, next to tables with yellow roofs, there are delicious chebureks. There is a wholesale store of local alcohol at the Pitsunda market, inexpensive, good wines, and local beer. In Sukhumi, there is a restaurant on the embankment, I do not remember the exact name, a large one with wooden verandas, there are the most delicious boats, I have never eaten tastier. In cloudy weather, we traveled everywhere in Abkhazia, there is something to see here, the most beautiful places. In general, I would not have gone to this hotel without a car, the places are just too wild here, there is nothing interesting and delicious in the area, you need a car, otherwise you can die here with longing and not learn anything about the beautiful little country of Abkhazia. We were in Abkhazia for the third time, we will definitely return, I recommend everyone to stay in this country.

Great place! I woke up - my feet are in the sea))) The beach is simple, without frills, but for us it was a plus - the water is clean, there are few people. We really liked the hotel itself, but we knew exactly where we were going: it's not 5 stars to require some excessively comfortable conditions here! The houses are all decent, the inside is clean: shower, air conditioning, beds and TV are available, we didn't need anything else) No one will run after you to clean the house)) But the owners immediately warn you - if you need something, please contact us! Both cleaning and changing of linen and towels will be carried out without problems on demand. We were not looking for an intrusive service, so we really liked everything. Only positive emotions! Huge greetings to the hosts, we will definitely come again!
If you are traveling with small children who find it difficult to fall asleep with noise, then you should think about choosing a place, in a cafe nearby they really light up in the evenings, but usually everything ends by 12. It didn't bother us)

Recreation center by the sea))) a great place for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Silence. The sea is lapping behind the fence. There is a pine forest on the territory and a squirrel bonus. We were with a small dog, very comfortable. The only disadvantage is the thorns on the territory, which really prevented our dog from moving around. Otherwise, everything is OK, I recommend it.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the sea, a nice area with pine trees, hammocks, gazebo, fenced. Safely. Cons: surrounded by a fence so that the sea is not visible, why couldn't an open space be made? Apparently, because cows and dogs walk along the beach, and locals drive cars almost to the water. There is a kitchen on site-we did not cook ourselves, but we have all the necessary utensils: stove, microwave, dishes.
There is one big problem with the hotel: the rooms are not cleaned, we have to do it ourselves. A strange service.. well, the bathrooms leave much to be desired-they are very tired.
The second problem is getting food. There is not a single normal cafe around: greasy forks, flies, long waiting for dishes. Delicious food is also not called. We ate delicious food only once-in Gagra. There is a kebab shop that cooks deliciously and a pastry shop with homemade cakes, ice cream and delicious tea.

We had a family vacation at the end of July 2022. The Forest Club Hotel is not about comfort! After reading the praised reviews, we went there and regretted it very much. The territory is very poor: benches made of pallets, several hammocks and a terrace with rotten boards. There is a shared kitchen, the dishes are clean, only the dishcloths are smelly and eternally dirty. There is a microwave, but you can't use it - it's for the staff!
When we booked (via Booking), it was indicated that breakfast was included in the price, but upon arrival we were told that this was old information.
It is also indicated that sun beds and umbrellas are available, in fact, 2 sun loungers are given to the house (the rest of the family lie on the rocks). Our umbrella was broken and torn, it was impossible to use it, they asked to replace it, to which they received the answer: they are all like that!
And the scariest thing is the houses!!!! They are constantly cracking (they were built of plywood, it heats up, then cools down), resin flows inside the house on the head and a swarm of ants. Ants are everywhere: on the floor, on the bed, in clothes. Mattresses are tin, springs in all places. The child had an armchair - bed, also a drowning place.
We talked with Victoria (as we understand it, this is the general manager), she said that room cleaning and bed linen change 1 time / 5 days, in fact, never (in 13 days no one) cleaned or replaced the bed and towels. But they offered to wash it, if we need it, for 100 rubles!
The food around is disgusting: Aphrodite, Christina's sucks. It is expensive, small and not tasty. They charge 10% for the service, the order is taken like this: it flew in one ear, flew out the other; then the waiter wrote down one portion of soup, and forgot to tell the cook, then she did not hear at all that they ordered a portion of potatoes. They also have different portions every time: 2 pancakes will be brought, then 3.
The music from the local eatery is constantly blaring, until 2 am, or even longer.
A large group of young people from Ryazan, Movim Camp, rested with us. They walked until morning, drank, sang, danced, burned a bonfire and listened to music to the maximum, but the administration does not care that it interferes with other residents, to put it mildly. When the husband came up to ask to talk to these young people, he was told that they had made comments to them, but the guys were not listening. Like, well, what can we do!!!????
There are more decent hotels nearby, for example "Pine Grove". The price is the same, but in the "Pine grove" 3 meals a day, buffet, gorgeous territory, everything is well maintained and clean.
In general, my friends were dissuaded from going to the Forest Club, and we do not recommend this institution.
The nature in Abkhazia is beautiful and mind-blowing. Although, there is nothing to go and see around the hotel.

Clean houses. Acceptable breakfasts. Sometimes the electricity went out. But all this does not count compared to the surrounding nature, clean beach and sea!!!!! Adequate and responsive employees work. Wishes : to have a cafe / bar on site, as well as to cook a barbecue for dinner at the expense of the cost of living or at a separate expense))) I highly recommend it to those who want to spend a vacation together and apart from the crowd of strangers! 😇😇😇

A charming place! I am delighted with the rest, there are few people at sea, the food is excellent, although the lights were often turned off and there was no water at that time, but you can survive this. I read the reviews, so I took a flashlight with me. But most of all I liked the hammocks. There are several hammocks right on the territory, you can lie down after lunch, wrap yourself in a hammock and meditate a little while looking at the pines and the sky. Beauty. A great place for a family holiday, quiet, the houses are clean, the owners are friendly, the sea is nearby, you lie in a hammock and listen to the noise of pines and sea surf, the territory is fenced, an excellent playground, children always found something to do, in the evening they sat around the campfire, drank tea with a samovar or ate excellent shish kebab ordered from a local chef reasonable price. In general, we were very satisfied, we will definitely return there!

I have not been to the boarding house itself, we have been staying in the private sector for 10 years, with the same hostess, because the prices of boarding houses are not for the hinterland, we saw how the boarding house was built, next to the ruins of the scientific research Institute of Oceanography and spectrography, I climbed it 10 years ago, and of course in the village itself there are abandoned Georgian houses, with their own architecture
The village itself is quiet, frustrating, there is no entertainment as such, in the evening except for cafes and sometimes boarding houses that arrange holidays

An incredibly comfortable secluded place in a pine grove. Birds are singing, squirrels are running) I come here for the second time and I will come here more than once in Abkhazia. Nice houses with air conditioning, refrigerator and their own toilet and shower. An excellent host who constantly improves this place for visitors. I can't say anything about camping. But I can tell you a lot about the Pine Grove boarding house. The boarding house is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All requests and wishes are fulfilled without reminders. The boarding house has a children's pool, a swimming pool for adults and a Jacuzzi nearby.The pension is located on the seashore. Sun beds and canopies are present. I'm resting for the second year. I booked a trip for the next year. It's good to relax with children. Quietly, calmly. I will say especially about nutrition. The table is Swedish, but with a Russian twist. All the dishes are fresh and cooked deliciously. There is a lot of choice. There are always greens and vegetables (fresh and cooked). Red fish, honey, jam of 3-4 kinds. Wonderful pastries, fruits. Everything is in unlimited quantities, as well as the greetings and smiles of the staff. I highly recommend this boarding house. Those who love luxury may not like it, but for such a price, all the amenities and uninterrupted supply of hot and cold water. Unfortunately, this happens in other boarding houses, though not for long. I highly recommend it to lovers of a quiet and peaceful holiday.

We had a rest from August 9 to August 19, 2019.We went on the advice of our son, who was vacationing here in 2018.Wonderful memories.All photos correspond to reality. Ikea furniture, cleanliness in the room, plumbing in excellent condition. The rooms are cleaned every 5 days with the replacement of towels and bed linen.There is a parking lot, a Playground, a recreation area with hammocks, a samovar and the opportunity to make a bonfire.(The whole area is surrounded by a blind brick fence, which creates a special atmosphere of your yard.) At the same time, no one bothers anyone. A watchman is constantly on duty.Special thanks to the staff. Everything was done unobtrusively, very friendly. There was a feeling. that you got into a big friendly family where there is no fuss. Gabriel, Irina, Lyuba, our cook who carefully prepares breakfast, the watchmen (unfortunately I only remembered Sergei's name, because at our request he brought us the wonderful freshest figs) thank you very much. Gabriel, may your business grow and prosper.There are enough cafes in the village, there are canteens, shops with food and basic necessities (All Russian)
