I EXPLAIN TO YOU, THE OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE online store, THAT THE GOODS "IN STOCK" and "IN STOCK" ARE DIFFERENT CONCEPTS. MARK THIS ON YOUR WEBSITES SO AS NOT TO MISLEAD CUSTOMERS AND WASTE THEIR TIME!!!!!!
The next moment, when requesting an interesting position by phone, and receiving information that they have it, the manager offered to place an order through the website, when asked when it would be possible to pick up the order, she replied that "tomorrow evening." Since the product was needed urgently, they refused. Further searches for the product on the Internet led to the fact that the same product can be bought cheaper from another online store 7745 and picked up after a couple of hours at the pick-up point.Briquettes. but!!! When placing an order for 7745, it turns out that after 15 minutes. the only set that was in the supplier's warehouse was put in reserve. After a short search, it is possible to determine exactly what the reserve was issued by the employees of the store on Orlovskaya Street. We couldn't adequately answer the question of why they did this, we tried to deliver something vague about what you asked. When asked to withdraw the reserve, they began to mumble even more indistinctly into the phone, which greatly upset me. When I explained to them who they were and what, they put my phones in emergency. An hour later, from another number, I requested a similar set from another manufacturer for a third more expensive, and they happily agreed to deliver it "for tomorrow."
The conclusion from the above is as follows:

The store is located on the back side of the building, so it is not visible from Orlovskaya Street. The store is small, but there are a lot of tools. You can immediately check out and pay. Prices are slightly lower than the average for the city. Some positions are much lower than average.
I bought an adapter from a 1/2" to 1/4" square, there are practically none in online stores in the city. And here it is and turned out to be at a pleasant price.

- Orders are strictly accepted only through the website.
