I decided to place an order for myself for a fairly large amount - computer components + assembly. I chose this store based on the price, pleasant prices, and besides, the price of the video card pleased and was only with them. I wrote to the post beforehand, they said that it was possible to arrange, I specifically found out in advance if the prices and availability were current. As a result, the manager's call - everything is available, except for the video card (well, of course) it will be only in 1.5 weeks. I said I would wait, and they started telling me that there would be no other components, and we couldn't keep the reservation for long. Well, what should I do, I said that I would dial and check the availability of a video card. As a result, I went to the website today and the price of the video card increased 1.5 times - as expected. Why not set a normal price right away, and then start telling fairy tales. They make life difficult for themselves.

I bought PC accessories from this store. For some items, the price is below average, which is why I chose this store, although the reviews about it are not very good. The order was delivered on time, the price is the same as indicated at checkout. The guys even went to a meeting (I made a mistake when registering and ordered laptop RAM), they changed it to another one without any problems, although they didn't have to. The receipt and the guarantee are all there. In my case, everything is clear.

I was skeptical at first because of the reviews, but I decided to take the risk anyway. Everything arrived quickly, it works and the price is excellent. The only disadvantage is probably that the payment is only in cash and it is already reported when the goods are at the pick-up point, which is quite inconvenient. It would be nice to make some kind of note on the website or notify us immediately when placing an order.

I had a stupid thing in March 2024. to buy an expensive garden chopper that the seller refused to unpack and check in a rough form, as a result, the chopper worked for less than 2 hours. In the "store", where the dirt, mess and disgusting environment stated that he bought it himself and we are to blame for simple overbooking. They take money only in cash, they do not issue normal documents. I don't have any money or a shredder at the moment. The Frunze Executive Committee of Minsk, the consumer protection department will not help you, but will offer to pay for an expensive examination.

I purchased a Samsung UE50CU8000UXRU TV, before delivery by courier I contacted the manager of the Force online store (CHTUP "Chipset") and asked how I could receive TV on the street, to which the manager informed me that I accept TV in a box, unpack at home and I am given 14 days to check the TV, and if there are any nuances, the TV will be replaced. During a detailed inspection, cracks were found in the protective glass of the screen, however, the director of CHTUP Verchenkov M.N. refused to replace the substandard product, referring to the fact that when receiving TV from the courier, I had no complaints about the appearance, he modestly keeps silent about the agreement with the manager to replace the TV in case of damage, although he is familiar with the content of the conversation. Based on my experience, avoid this company.
The Shop shopping portal.by has not published a review about this office, apparently, it publishes only positive ones.

Имел неосторожность сделать заказ в этом магазине (№1677828100, включающий три картриджа для МФУ). На сайте указано, что могу произвести оплату по ЕРИП (товар под заказ - 1 день). После звонка менеджера выясняется, что оплата ТОЛЬКО наличными после поступления товара на склад магазина. Предложил им исправить неточность в оплате заказа и исключить "оплату по ЕРИП", на что услышал не очень приятные слова о том, что "если вам что-то не нравится, то и не покупайте у нас". Да не буду и другим не посоветую - вместо того, чтобы идти навстречу покупателю, выставляют какие-то только им нужные условия. Удачи в продажах! И не теряйте покупателей!

Ужасный интернет магазин, я бы сказала "шарашкина контора", *** и обманщики! Никогда не заказывайте через этот интернет-магазин товары. Не поленилась напишу отзывы на всех сайтах. заказала в субботу 10.12.2022 тостер, в среду 14.12.2022 мне позвонили и сказали, что можно приезжать забирать. Я спросила можно ли забрать в субботу 17.12.2022, мне подтвердили. Когда я приехала в субботу 17.12 забирать тостер, оказалось, что вместо тостера меня ждал чайник этой фирмы. На вопрос почему не тостер, сказали "ой ошиблись". Как можно перепутать тостер и чайник это разные вещи даже по изображению на коробке???? Это отдельный вопрос и многое говорит о невнимательности и соответственно о квалификации работников этой конторы. Мне предложили сделать доставку тостера на среду 21.12, но в понедельник 19.12 позвонили и сказали, что извините, но этого товара совсем не оказалось на складе, а вот как он числился у них на сайте в интернет-магазине и почему заранее не сказали об отсутствии товара пояснить не смогли....Одним словом "шарашкина контора"!!!

Заказывал тепловентилятор. Оформил заказ, спустя 3 часа перезвонили, сказали что товар отсутствует, хотя на сайте указано в наличии.
Спустя некоторое время опять наткнулся на ссылку на этот сайт при выборе товара, он был в наличии. Опять оформил заказ и угадайте что? Точно! Товар отсутствует. На просьбу помочь подобрать что-нибудь схожее в ценовом сегменте и по качеству получил ответ: "Посмотрите сами"
Зачем такой сайт, на котором недостоверная информация? Зачем сотрудники, которые не заинтересованы в продаже?
Как результат - ваш сайт попал в мой личный игнор и ни при каких условиях выбирать товар, а тем более заказывать у вас не буду!

Купили робот-пылесос pvcr 3200. Приложение загрузилось нормально,пылесосит нормально.
Есть проблемы с ковром-заезжает не с первого раза,хотя ковер плоский,иногда заезжает под ковер
Еще наша личная проблема-нервирует кота,надеемся,привыкнет
