We were with my family in the summer. Good cuisine, European and Asian. A large selection of tea. Refreshing drinks and beer Pool for children and adults. Two slides. Showers and bathrooms. Reasonable prices. There were many vacationers during the visit. It's a good place. I recommend it to the guests of Shymkent. Unfortunately, the photos have not been preserved....

Everything is very cool, steep slides and quite adrenaline-pumping. The kitchen is normal. But it's better for gourmets to take food with them! The only drawbacks are the lack of slippers! But you can always sit down at a table or find a free couch. I think if you go with your family and for the whole day it is better to book a tapchan in advance! In general , I did not regret it !!!

It's all good. However, the boys working by the pool tried to impose their opinions on us all the time. In the beginning, they offered to leave our chosen place, when it did not work out, they began to try to close our umbrella, under the pretext that it might fall from the wind, although there was almost no wind. I've dropped them off a couple of times. And for the third time, taking advantage of the fact that the umbrella was distracted, they covered it (it is impossible to open it without the handles that they carry with them).
As I understand it, these boys stared at their smartphones all day and did not do anything else, so their main task is to spoil the mood of vacationers. They get paid for it!

The best water park in Shymkent.There are a lot of slides there, some slides are not for children!!!And there are also different restaurants where you can eat, payment is made there only by the bracelet, otherwise they do not accept payment in restaurants!!!!

It's a terrible place. Tiles are falling off in the pool. Children are allowed into the adult pool.

My Sister rolled down the slide and almost drowned, the "rescuers" at that time stood nearby and just laughed, watching her drown.I've attached photos of the rescuers.
It was just some guy who saved her, he's not even a lifeguard. All teenagers were in the cafe too, the menu was waiting for 20 minutes, although 10 waiters passed by, absolutely everyone was asked for a menu. They asked for cutlery, brought one at a time, spoons, then after 15 minutes, forks. They didn't pay attention at all, as if we weren't there.In the locker rooms, it is impossible to breathe. Ventilation does not work at all, although it is in the basement. It was impossible to be there. There are cameras above the entire locker room, above each row, and how to change there?🤬🤬🤬

Given the lack of competitors, we can say that the water park is not bad.
Pros: different pools for any age. A big plus is free admission for children with disabilities.
Cons: stupid rescuers are constantly whistling and no one pays attention to them anymore. They look at girls in swimsuits and pay zero attention to small children, who are primarily at risk. The queue at the fast food cafe is huge - it was possible to open several outlets, since the territory allows it. And yet, the music screams unrealistically and terribly annoying - people want relaxation by the water, but in fact it's like at a second-rate disco with disgusting sound quality.

There are a lot of people. There's nowhere to fall. There should be control of the entrance and exit of the subscription for 3 hours. People accumulate like herrings in a barrel. The prices are reasonable. The food is delicious, wait 20 minutes. The beer is expensive 1200, the mug is 0.5 liters. Of the advantages, the slides work well. The staff from the rescue service is not coping.

They also wanted to take a ride on one of the slides, they said they couldn't do the same without explaining the reasons. Все понравилось, за такую цену очень даже хорошо, но если вы пойдёте в первые не смотрите на конец горки, просто сядьте в нее и ждите, чувство шикарное. Единственный минус аквапарка, ну прям огромные очереди на горки под вечер, если идти то идти с утра на них. Также очень понравилось что есть бассейн для взрослых, где можно нырять, впервые такое вижу, всем советую сходить

Как вообще разрешили в центре города на месте такого сквера построить аквапарк?! Не очень то приятно идти по городу и смотреть на толстые зaдницы мужиков, скатывающихся с горок! Уберите этот аквапарк! И верните сквер с деревьями!!!

Когда в 2022 ходили все было прекрасно, по горкам спускались, адреналин получили, ходили 2023 году, что то очень ожесточили сервис, то нельзя, это нельзя, надо с серьзным лицом войти и выйти

Так себе. Грязные раздевалки, в раздевалках камеры (!). Странная система пополнения браслета, а не оплаты по факту. Бассейны более менее, горки ребенку понравились. У меня основная претензия к гигиенте. Реально неприятно переодеваться в таких грязных раздевалках с запахом.

Были на днях в данном аквапарке с семьей. Очень понравилось там, была анимация для детей. Полотенца берите с собой, там не дают. Из еды только один ресторан фастфуд, фри, кола, гамбургеры.

Самое главное в аквапарке - количество людей! Здесь было немного.
Я был в сезон - в августе, в пятницу. Очередей на горки - практически не было! В бассейне вода чистая, температура хорошая.
Из минусов - горок мало и работали не все.
Цена: 5000 тенге на взрослого

Были в этом аквапарке в 2019 и 2023 году ничего не изменилось, хотелось бы побольше развлечении для деток. Бассейн с волнами не понятен по какому графику работает.

Хороший аквапарк, дети в восторге. Правда вода прохладная утром и к вечеру. На территории аквапарка чисто, большой выбор кафе, мы были в июне 2021 аниматоры вне всяких похвал, благодаря им, мама тоже отдохнула 🎉

Хороший аквапарк. Народу много в выходные дни. Лучше приходить по раньше. Еда на среднем уровне. Вода в бассейнах хорошая и чистая.

Аквапарк новый и качественно сделан. Большой комплекс детских горок на уровне лучших турецких отелей. И очень крутые горки для взрослых! Я успел покататься на трёх. Так как почти весь день провёл с дочкой на детских горках. Персонал внимательный, следит за порядком. Кроме детского бассейна есть небольшой бассейн с волной и большой бассейн для взрослых. Система браслетов с размещённым денежным депозитом, что не истратил - возвращают на кассе - очень удобно. Из еды только бургеры, блины, сэндвичи, картошка фри. На территории работают детские и взрослые аниматоры. Много свободных лежаков и все под зонтиками. В целом остался доволен посещением, пробыли там почти целый день. Цена, правда, слегка высоковата - 4000 взрослый, 2000 детский с 5 до 12 вроде бы. Но зато это способствует меньшему количеству народа.

Мне понравилось, хорошие горки, бассейны. Для детей любого возраста будет интересно. Очень долго обслуживали в кафе палуба. Долгое обслуживание даже в бургерной. В кафе пациентка подала мясо и принесла только вилку, просьба принести нож, вызвала у неё удивление!
