The Creative Fountain and the President Hotel complex were built as a single complex in 2013.
There is practically no access to the fountain, either from the territory of the President Hotel complex or from the pedestrian streets.
Beautiful bushes are densely planted next to the fountain and there is a gorgeous lawn.
You can partially see the fountain only at a certain height of the bushes. It's a pity....
