The first time we bought a ticket with this airline. It was urgent. Daily flight from Moscow to Yerevan. We always use Aeroflot. THE BEST!!!! I WAS CONVINCED ONCE AGAIN. But the prices for the Flyvan were the most affordable at that time, with a significant difference. But what happened next was just a wild horror. Everything is paid. Everything. It's a good thing you don't sell air on the plane. Starting from the size of the luggage, from check-in, to regular water on the plane.I had to buy a seat for the return ticket, and they say it's free 7 days before departure, and 24 hours in advance. We wanted to register in 2 days. But not. Pay if you want to fly back. I'm silent about the rest. You come in 3 hours and do everything as written. And you'll find out about the gate 30 minutes before departure. Delays. Fuuuuu. You can only transport potatoes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!! NOBODY!!!! never!!!!!!

There are no complaints about the flight. There is a complaint against the company itself. The company is a low-cost airline, although you can't tell by the price, but yesterday at Zvartnots Airport the situation exceeded all my expectations. They have paid check-in at the airport, but keep in mind that the site will most likely give an error or not allow you to register, and accordingly, in any case, you will be required to pay, whether you have money or not, they will immediately take out the terminal so that you pay with a Russian card, but starting any showdown on what basis you do so, they will threaten to take you off the flight, communicate rudely and show their authority on earth in every possible way. It came almost to physical violence. The difference between a normal airline and this one is obvious. You won't be offered any water, or anything else. The result: a spoiled impression of the country. The advice is to avoid this airline, if you respect yourself at least a little bit, it's better to buy a more expensive ticket from others. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

The most disgusting airline I've ever met. First, you need to inform us that check-in at the airport is paid. We were notified about this 24 hours in advance by email, written in English in small print. If you want to register online, you need to do it no later than 4 hours before departure. As a result, the payment is 4,400 rubles. And this is half the cost of the ticket. Secondly, where do the airline staff look at the check-in desk and when boarding the plane (passengers each carry 100-500 backpacks and packages). I was one of the first to board the plane. I took a place for a backpack and a jacket, tightly packed. And at one point, the stewardess says to me, take the jacket in your hands. What???? Hello!!! Why should I do this?

FlyOne Armenia is a terrible airline with the most goonish rules that I have ever heard from airlines. There is no limit to the greed and arrogance of air carriers. Imagine: You arrive at the airport for an international flight in 2 hours and 20 minutes. You go to the check—in desk and... you find out that online check-in with this airline is not an opportunity, but a passenger's duty. If you haven't fulfilled it, please spit out 16,000 drams (3,400₽)/the person behind the check-in for the flight YOU ALREADY BOUGHT A TICKET FOR (not cheap). When paying for your registration, you ask about the root causes of this rule — "this is a low-cost airline. If you don't like something about doing business in Armenia, you can't talk about it." Number 1 in my personal airline blacklist.

We flew Moscow-Yerevan-Barcelona and back. Everything is wonderful. We went over the fence in Yerevan, and now we are flying on. The flight back from Barcelona was delayed for an hour, the captain got in touch, said that there was a slight delay in connection with the Olympics in neighboring France. Then everything is fine. Everyone knows Russian, there is a paid meal on board. Oh, there was no boiling water on the most recent flight.

I'm glad I checked my email. So we were able to find out that we were offered to fly 3 days and 12 hours later. At the same time, our flight has not gone anywhere, it will fly, but not everyone who bought tickets will be able to do so. They answered on the phone that this is how the system distributes it and everything is for your safety. They refused to compensate for the cost of 3.5 days of stay in Armenia. I left a request for a refund (much less than the amount paid). Wait 30 business days. I had to buy tickets from another airline (with a transfer and departure from another city!)

They charged 8,000 rubles for two people at the airport for not completing electronic registration. Considering that the tickets were cheap (Yerevan - Sochi), this surcharge is equal to the ticket price. Idiocy. Crooks and scammers. I've never seen anything like this before. Disgusting service. I had to use Flyone services several times, for lack of other flights. It has never happened before that the plane left on time, once the flight was postponed to an earlier time and notified about it only by e-mail (service level - Armenia). On the last flight, the board was replaced, so my row with extra leg space, for which I gave a lot of money, turned out to be an ordinary row with no legroom (the company refused to refund money for this service, although it was not provided). I do not recommend this carrier to anyone.

The money for the luggage, which I did not use, was not returned, although they said they would return everything. The phone support service is something: boorish communication and complete indifference. I wrote emails to the support service, but they never replied. The worst website for buying tickets: a bunch of unnecessary additional options are activated by default - you need to disable them yourself, paid seats, and in general, everything is very inconvenient and stressful. Flights are delayed for a long time and often canceled, airline representatives cannot be found, food and accommodation are not provided for the duration of flight delays or cancellations. They do not pay compensation, they simply do not respond to claims and emails about compensation. We will no longer use the services of this airline.

It was the first time I used this airline and I was very sorry. An email about online registration did not arrive at the post office and it suddenly became impossible to log into the airline's personal account. I tried to change my password and sent requests to change it via email, but nothing came. I tried to explain the situation at the airport, but no one even listened to the problem, but they sent me for payment. As a result, 6 thousand rubles were charged for two people for registration, which, through their own fault, they could not pass. Plus, I heard from other passengers on the flight that their flight was canceled 2 days ago and rescheduled for another day and no one cares that passengers have other transfers to other cities. I do not recommend this airline!

We flew on a Shirak avia plane from Flyone company - this is some kind of game! They don't even have water, only for money. The toilet is working only in the back of the plane, it is not possible to register for a flight through the website - it constantly gives an error, and there are also some fleas or bedbugs that have bitten! In general, I do not recommend it!
