The most disgusting airline I've ever met. First, you need to inform us that check-in at the airport is paid. We were notified about this 24 hours in advance by email, written in English in small print. If you want to register online, you need to do it no later than 4 hours before departure. As a result, the payment is 4,400 rubles. And this is half the cost of the ticket.
Secondly, where do the airline staff look at the check-in desk and when boarding the plane (passengers each carry 100-500 backpacks and packages). I was one of the first to board the plane. I took a place for a backpack and a jacket, tightly packed. And at one point, the stewardess says to me, take the jacket in your hands. What???? Hello!!!
Why should I do this?
We flew Moscow-Yerevan-Barcelona and back. Everything is wonderful. We went over the fence in Yerevan, and now we are flying on. The flight back from Barcelona was delayed for an hour, the captain got in touch, said that there was a slight delay in connection with the Olympics in neighboring France. Then everything is fine. Everyone knows Russian, there is a paid meal on board. Oh, there was no boiling water on the most recent flight.
Disgusting service. I had to use Flyone services several times, for lack of other flights. It has never happened before that the plane left on time, once the flight was postponed to an earlier time and notified about it only by e-mail (service level - Armenia). On the last flight, the board was replaced, so my row with extra leg space, for which I gave a lot of money, turned out to be an ordinary row with no legroom (the company refused to refund money for this service, although it was not provided). I do not recommend this carrier to anyone.
