We flew with this airline on the Yerevan-Barcelona-Yerevan route. The flights were excellent, the planes are new and clean. Everything is on schedule. The crew is doing their job perfectly. The flight attendants are attentive and friendly. Takeoff and landing without complaints is easy and smooth. Yes, this is a low-cost airline, so everything is paid on board, but this information is indicated when buying a ticket, as well as the size of the free baggage, and paid check-in at the airport. The cost of baggage for this airline, by the way, is very affordable compared to many others. And the ticket price was good, considering our current situation with air travel and the space prices of other airlines. Of course, the negative reviews are surprising, people don't even read what they buy. But what does this have to do with an airline that has the right to operate under its own terms?

FlyOne Armenia subsidiary is an Armenian low-cost airline with its own amazing rules. Relatively inexpensive tickets, but be prepared for a complex online check-in system. If you choose a seat online for a fee, you have not yet checked in for a flight at the airport, you will be charged for check-in. Everything is paid for on board, and even water. There are only two types of sandwich from the food, for a fee, of course. Hand luggage in a suitcase starting from 5 kg is charged, the weight is not asked in a backpack. Moreover, they say it is cheaper to register on the site, but this is impossible, everything is very veiled. At the airport, the check-in fee is twice as expensive. The company's benchmark service for legally wringing money does not clearly inform customers about hidden payments and the need for additional online registration.
