Before the flight Moscow-Yerevan-Moscow, I read the reviews and was horrified - I was preparing for the flight as for an exam. In the end, everything went smoothly, without unexpected surcharges. Both flights took off and arrived strictly on schedule. I printed out the boarding pass - it was exchanged for a standard boarding pass at the airport counter. Hand luggage was not measured, but I saw that those who were measured and asked to put it in the calibrator - but these were cases when it was visible to the naked eye that the bag was larger than the norm. The stewards are friendly and speak Russian fluently. On board, you can buy snacks and light snacks for an adequate price - water 150 rubles 0.5 liters, chocolate 200 rubles, tea 150 rubles. The toilets are clean, everything is there, everything is neatly laid out. The backs of the chairs recline, the distance between the rows of chairs is normal, I did not have any discomfort. In general, no fears from the reviews were justified, both flights were excellent.
A disgusting company, I flew to them a couple of times and everything was OK, but this time they surpassed everyone. I bought a ticket for an early departure on November 30th, on November 27th I find out quite by chance that the flight was postponed to December 3rd, 3 days ahead!!! Moreover, there were no notifications about this separately, only a letter came to the post office on November 27 that registration was open and a new date, as if it should be so. At the same time, when I tried to change my ticket through the website, they asked 70 euros for it, despite the fact that the jamb was from the airline!! Due to such a flight change, 2 tickets had to be changed, all plans and an additional day spent on a transfer in Yerevan, although initially the transfer was supposed to be only 4 hours. A terrible experience, I will no longer buy their tickets, although I used to treat them normally despite all the negative reviews
