I don't presume to speculate on why there is no cash register in the flower department to pay for the bouquet...(it is necessary to stand in line at the cash registers or "hang out" near the self-service cash registers) But that's not a big deal either.. The seller is terrible, which, as it turned out, many in the city know as a boorish and always angry lady. Can I replace the seller? After all, a beautiful flower business should have beautiful, friendly people!
