THE STORY OF A HOLIDAY SPOILED BY A BOUQUET
On my birthday, my husband ordered a courier delivery of a bouquet from this seller. The bouquet is beautifully decorated, in beautiful paper with one significant drawback - STALE flowers. The bouquet consists of roses, eustoma and eucalyptus. There are no claims only to eucalyptus. Upon receipt, at the mere sight of it, the general lethargy of all colors is evident. The edges of almost every flower are wilted, framed with a brown border (there are only individual buds to which there are no complaints). The roses look tired, the petals of each rose are streaked with brown. The seller explains this by the fact that this rose is French, there are creases on the petals from turning them out, assures of the freshness of the delivery and that "the flowers will stand." However, in my opinion, the essence of the French rose is to turn it out in such a way as to avoid microtrauma and at the same time preserve the aesthetic appearance. So that the flowers are beautiful, and not a noncondition that just stands. Moving away from the rose, the petals of the eustoma are the same - with brown edges, and not only the extreme petals, but also in the cores of the buds. It was unpleasant for me to receive such a bouquet on my birthday from my beloved husband. There is no desire to enjoy him, admire him, or take care of him. The emotions that this bouquet brought, my spoiled mood on the holiday and the money thrown away. I recommend ordering courier delivery from other flower shops.

I ordered bouquet delivery online. It is worth noting that there are no complaints about the bouquet itself. It looks beautiful, the photo provided on the website corresponds almost completely. Delivery according to the time. but. The seller-client relationship is not at the highest level. If you do not have a Belarusian bank card, it is better to save your nerves and refrain from ordering flowers from this seller. I will offer the seller himself to completely remove the possibility of ordering flowers under a foreign phone number, as long as you do not have a configured and established system for accepting international payments. Or at least warn the client about payment options, find out in advance when accepting an order under a "non-Belarusian" phone number. I would also recommend paying attention to the style of communication with a client in a difficult situation.

Many thanks to the Flove team and the owner Andrey in particular, who showed a real customer approach.
I went to them in the afternoon with an urgent request to collect a box of flowers for the girl in half an hour, but I did not calculate that such complex compositions were ordered in advance. A tip for the future: order in advance through their insta.
But Andrey offered me a way out of the situation — he will be able to make a delivery late in the evening after the celebration (around 23, although the store closes at 21). Andrey and his wife personally brought flowers at such a late and convenient time for me. The composition turned out to be gorgeous!
It's cool when a business takes care of the customer! Respect to the guys and prosperity 🌷
