Nearby (nearby) there is a budget chain store, I don't know what it's called, with an orange logo, WITH PRICES!) There are balconies - it's cool! Kitchen, refrigerator and washing machines are also usually available, but you need to specify the info. Cons - not all apartments get sunlight - it can be dark and cold in the apartment, the rental price is too high.

A good complex, it is well maintained and guarded. There are a lot of people, the area is lively, and coffee shops, restaurants, pastry shops, and laundries are within walking distance. There are shops with food, water, and vegetables nearby. There is even an alcohol store, but I don't know what kind of alcohol is there in terms of quality.
However, the big disadvantage is that there is no beach.

There are few places by the pool, they are occupied early in the morning - towels are hung up as always. And you don't want to swim in the pool when there is such a wonderful sea nearby!

Family-run, guarded, green, large with 3 pools compound. There is a cafe and a bar on the territory. It can be noisy during the day near the big pool. But this is a compound at the resort, and not in a remote village, and it is clear that people are resting here. It's cool that we can use the Scandic territory on the 1st coastline with 3 pools. If you get bored in Florence, then go to Scandic. At night, it is very cozy in our yard and when there is wind, there is no wind in two narrow courtyards. There is a promenade nearby. I am very glad that I bought an apartment there.

Great hotel. I don't understand why he has 3*, I would give all 4*! But, exclusively by the standards of Egypt. A large, green, well-groomed territory.
The room was booked standard, they gave my daughter and me an improved one with a balcony, no extra charges!
The hotel has an amazing reef on the beach!
Of the cons, worn mattresses on old sun beds and not a very large selection of food, but we still eat the same thing in Egypt and it is everywhere, so it was not essential for us)

The residential complex is across the street from the sea, next to the Zahabia hotel. Partially inhabited. Outwardly very nice, but not without problems for the owners of real estate (for example, people complain about problems with documents and with the high level of payments that are set by the management company). So far, a hotel (with the same name) is being built opposite the complex on the seashore and the owners of the apartments are resting on a stone wall next to the construction area. Time will tell what will happen after the construction is completed...
