But they still chose their gender. It didn't burn for us, but the company brought it in 4 days, as promised!! Extremely disappointed with this online store! I ordered laminate flooring, and the real nightmare began. At first they promised to deliver it on Thursday, but no one arrived. Then it was postponed to Tuesday, and again silence — no laminate flooring, no call with explanations. I had to look for them myself to find out when my order would arrive. They promised for Friday, but nothing happened that day either. They constantly nod at the supplier, but they don't tell the client about it. Complete disregard and unprofessionalism! If you want to save your nerves, look for another store. These people do not know what responsibility and respect for the client are.

I purchased Aquafloor Space 4052 vinyl floor for the entire apartment, about 70 sq.m. and 24kg glue in the Floorstudio salon in May 2023. Initially, the choice fell on this salon because of the promised storage of the coating up to one year during the repair and a small discount. I paid 100% in cash. Two weeks later, they arrived at my request, and I took one pack of vinyl from the salon to pick up paint and wallpaper for it. The year of release of this pack is 2021. We agreed that in three days I will inform the salon about the need to deliver the coating to the apartment. As a result, when the time came, the vinyl delivery time was postponed twice. All these days, the styling masters were waiting for delivery at the apartment, because instead of just telling me truthfully about the delay, and I could let people go, I was deceived by an employee of the salon calling the next delivery time and that the car had already left Moscow. As a result, a batch of vinyl arrived in 4 days from Moscow. However, with the production date a month after my payment, i.e. it was already another batch! At the time of delivery of the main batch, this Aquafloor was at a discount, and here a reasonable question arises why I had to pay more if, in fact, as it turned out, there was no storage coverage. Due to the delay in delivery, the salon manager gave me a certificate for 150 rubles upon delivery. Well, only here they lied, without warning that in order to use it, you need to buy from 15 squares of coverage. I naively thought that it could be used to buy a pack of vinyl, which was not enough when laying. For more than a month, they could not bring me this unfortunate pack. They called the reasons, but, to be honest, there was no faith at all.
I gave the certificate to people, bought a pack of vinyl in another salon as a result.
The Aquafloor coating itself is excellent, I recommend it. But I strongly advise you to think about choosing a Floorstudio salon in view of the above. Logistics is really terrible at the moment, but it does not affect honesty and sincerity in communication in any way.

We ordered the quartz vinyl we liked from this company in early April, announced the delivery time - a week, took an advance payment of 50%! More than a month has passed since the order was placed - as a result, Paul never arrived. They disrupted all the deadlines for installing the kitchen and other work.
Calls are rarely answered. Delivery dates are postponed all the time, the reasons are always voiced differently. As a result, the prepayment was still returned, without completing the order.
An extremely unreliable and irresponsible company!

They praise the product perfectly, there is no further service.
Initially, I was alerted that when signing the contract, they printed out the acceptance certificate, indicated to the manager that I would not sign it until I received the goods. To which she replied, 'Whatever you want.'
Initially, it was agreed that the flooring would be in the seller's warehouse for some time, until the object is ready (there is no word about storage in the contract), but there is a clause that the final payment is made at the time of delivery to the buyer.
Later, the manager began to demand that I 'humanly pay the entire amount earlier, because in Moscow they actually charge money for storage.'
We agreed that I would pay when the floor was brought to me, they brought it the next day, at first to the wrong address, a large amount was indicated in the documents (than the amount of the balance in the contract), they did not provide the opportunity to pay by card or online.

We entered this salon by chance, initially we went to another one. The girl told us everything clearly and showed us, so to speak, laid out on the shelves. We wanted laminate flooring, but we bought quartz vinyl and we are very glad that the seller recommended this floor to us! Then we also went to the salon that we had originally planned and realized that we had made the right choice when we bought it from Floorstudio!

In general, we have come to the conclusion that a vinyl castle floor is the best option for us! The vinyl was chosen exclusively from Germany and at a very good price!
