I want to express my deep disappointment with the way Flixbus treats its customers. I was on holiday in Italy. Returning to Germany, I forgot my backpack with my vital equipment on the bus.. I saw on the website that the luggage was found on my flight. I contacted the company three times, but for three months I still have not received any answer. I do not recommend this company! They do not care about the well-being of their passengers! I am extremely dissatisfied!
Because of their driver's mistake, he stayed at the bus station. I waited for two hours with sore legs. Then for another 2 hours, allegedly according to the driver of the bus on which the next bus was supposed to go. As a result, it was 2:15 a.m. in Dortmund, there was nowhere to go, it was cold +1. The ticket was bought for 82 €, they offered a refund of 50. Don't ride with them. The service has gone bad. I have traveled with this company in different countries since 2016.
